AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Eligibility - AFMC MBBS 2014 admission form is now available. Candidates who wish to apply for AFMC 2014 Admission form must fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune. Candidates are advised to read AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Eligibility before applying for AFMC MBBS 2014 admission form. As per the official notification of AFMC Pune, candidates must fulfill the AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Eligibility criteria at the time applying for AFMC MBBS 2014 otherwise their candidature will be cancelled.

Candidate seeking admission to the AFMC MBBS 2014 Course must fulfill the following criteria as mentioned in AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Prospectus:

  • A candidate should be citizen of India. The candidate from Nepal or Bhutan or a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan or any other foreign country, permanently settled in India will be eligible for admission only after they have acquired Indian citizenship
  • Candidate must be unmarried and marrying during AFMC MBBS course is not permitted
  • There will be two categories for age criteria for AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission depending on academic qualifications:-
  1. 10+2 or equivalent – Candidate must attain the age of 17 years on December 31, 2014 but must not have attained the age of 22 years on that date i.e. they must have been born not earlier than January 01, 1993 and not later than December 31, 1997.
  2. Passed B.Sc. examination or appearing in Final B.Sc. examination- Candidates must not have attained the age of 24 years i.e. they must have been born not earlier than January 01, 1991
  • Candidates applying for AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Form must have passed qualifying examinations in the first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these three science subjects and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. Candidates must have also passed the tenth standard exam in Mathematics subjects
  • Applicants must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination in Science from a statutory Indian University/board or other recognized examination body with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. All of these science subjects must include practical test
  • Candidate applying on the basis of degree course must have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology including practical test

Note: The criteria for marks in Qualifying Examination (i.e. 10 + 2 or equivalent exam) remain the same for the B.Sc. candidates also

The following categories of candidates are not eligible to apply for AFMC MBBS 2014 Admission Form:

  • Candidates who have passed in Domestic Science, Domestic Arithmetic, Lower Math separately or in combination with other subjects like General Science/Social studies in High School/Higher Secondary (Multipurpose) or equivalent examination
  • Applicant who have passed only Pre-University/Pre-Degree (one year course) or Pre-Professional in Agriculture/Veterinary/Dental Examination
  • Students who have passed the Pre-professional or equivalent qualifying examination as a Private candidate or from Open school
  • Candidates who have secured the requisite percentage but in subsequent attempts or compartment examination

Important Note: It is the responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualifications for admission. Final Eligibility for Admission will be decided by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

the eligibility condition of neet ug 2020 is

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.

If you fulfil the above educational qualification conditions then you are eligible to apply neet ug application form but in application form you have to fill your  qualifying code as you are now in Bsc .

Here I am describing the all qualification code in a simple way -

code 01.  -This code is for the students who are appearing the 12th in 2020 and having subjects physics, chemistry , biology and English as a compulsory subjects.

code 02.  -This code is for the students who have passed the 12th standard form CBSC/ ISC and not taken addmission anywhere  (dropper or freshers ).

code 03 .  -This code is for the students who have passed their 12th from any state board(like up board, jac board, Karnataka board etc) with Physics, chemistry, biology /biotechnology and English as a compulsory subjects. (dropper or freshers ).

code 04.  -This code is for the students who have taken addmission in any pre medical or pre professional exam with Physics, chemistry, biology and English      after 12th .(example -nursing, pharma etc)

code 05.  -This code for first year students of Bsc with Physics, chemistry, biology /biotechnology. Also in 12th the student taken physics, chemistry, biology / biotechnology and English as a compulsory subjects.

Bsc second year students can fill code 02

code 06. -This code is for the students who are Bsc passout with any two subjects physics, chemistry, biology (botany or zoology )/biotechnology .Also in 12th the student taken physics, chemistry, biology and English.

code 07. -This code is not for Indian students .this is only for NRI and overseas students who have passed 12th with Physics, chemistry, biology.

Hai,Im saivarsha I was born in 4-2-2003.I want to write neet examination as a bipc student so my age will be eligible or not to write the examination pls answer to my question ..plssss......

Hi Saivarsha

According to NEET 2020 guidelines, one should be completing 17 years of age by December 31, 2020. This means that anyone born on or before 31st December 2003 is eligible to write NEET.

Hence you are eligible for writing the exam as you successfully qualify this criterion. All the best for NEET 2020.

Are date nd name mandatory on passport size photo for neet 2020

hi,

date and name is mandatory to have in the post card size photographs.  The photographs must be taken on or after 01.09.2019. size of post card sixe photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb to 300 kb). follow the instruction clearly before submitting the photograph.

last year aiims had eligibility criteria as 60% in pcb ..well after being merged with neet will it be the same for counseling process or they will go with 50% aggregate?? will there be any screening test or they will prepare list based on AIR?? sir/mam..

hi,

as per the latest neet notification all of the colleges need to take admission in mbbs , bds or any other courses on the basis of neet exam score. and the eligibility criteria is candidate need to have 50% marks (general category) in pcb in aggregate, sc/st/obc-40% aggregate marks in pcb, so there is no other notifications available regarding aiims or jipmer marks criteria, so you can take their marks criteria should be same as neet exam.

Don't worry buddy! You can change your documents during correction period released by NTA. Correction window for NEET students will be open from 15 January,2020 to 31 January,2020,you can correct any document in official site NTA during this period.
