There are approximately 15.94 lakhs students who registered for NEET for approximately 80000-90000 MBBS seats. Now even not everyone appears for the exam, approximately 14 lakh students appear for the exam. Now when the availability of the seats is less, the cut offs are increased, In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks. While we cannot predict the difficulty of the exam, in a way it is related to your preparation levels. If you have prepared well, the exam might sound easy. Having said that, now because from this year as AIIMS and JIPMER also will conduct its admissions through NEET, the exam is expected to be difficult.
Congratulations on your performance!

NEET is an exam which covers a huge syllabus, way beyond the content of NCERT books (even though they are the 'mother' book, you would have to cover all of it!). You would need a very systematic strategy to easily crack through this exam. You should keep in mind the following
1. Make a time table and divide you time for each subject (each subject is equally important)
2. Fix deadline for each topic
3. Focus on solving MCQs (only studying is not a good option)
4. Do not make unrealistic targets ( not being able achieve repeat would reduce confidence)
5. Go for practice tests simulating the exam environment (make sure you don't pause the exam)
6. Put special stress on physics , try to solve previous years' JEE questions
7. Study everyday, not matter what, even if it's for a comparatively lesser hours
8. Take rank based practice tests to know where you stand
9. To reduce stress meditate, do some free hand exercise or walk at least for 15 minutes
10. Get adequate sleep
Also since you are in 12th standard don't forget to focus on the board examination.
Your code will be 05 if your first year B.Sc has all Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects. But if your B.Sc doesn;t have these subjects then as your relevant highest qualification is 10+2, your code will be 02. Code 02 says: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.
In 2019, 596 marks was the cut off for male candidates and 610 marks was the cut off for female candidates. Going by this 100 is not sufficient for being shortlisted to AFMC. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exams, no .of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. No matter how much the cut offs change, they cannot drop down to 100. You should score nothing less than 600 for a seat in AFMC irrespective of your Category.
