The Postgraduate Medical entrance examinations for 2015 academic session have begun with AIIMS PG, which was conducted on November 9, 2014. A number of students found AIIMS PG 2015 entrance exam tough in terms of difficulty level with SPM and Para-Clinical being the toughest among the three sections- Pre-clinical, Para-clinical and Clinical.
Dr. Amit Kumar who took AIIMS PG 2015 exam from Ghaziabad found difficulty level of the exam to be tough. “I found most of the questions to be analytical and based on concepts. Clinical and Para- Clinical were average in term of difficulty level. The toughest part of the exam paper was SPM which I found most difficult to solve. There were also image (slides) based questions which I found relatively easier compared to the ones in statement form” he said.

SPM was difficult for most of the candidates who appeared in AIIMS PG 2015 entrance exam. However Dr. Abhay Gyan, who appeared from Delhi, said “SPM was average for me. I attempted a good number of questions from this section. While the questions from Clinical Science was derivative based and found question from Pathology were toughest. There were image-based questions from topics like ECG's, CT scans, USGs, instruments and histology.” He also said that, it would be better if AIIMS PG 2015 answer key is made available so that he could evaluate his performance on the basis question he attempted.
According to experts, AIIMS PG entrance exam is toughest among all the PG medical tests conducted in India. Most experts believe that the AIIMS PG exam pattern is different from other PG medical entrance exam because of analytical questions and one must have sound knowledge of Clinical and Basic clinical science. These types of questions take time while solving and sound knowledge of topics are required. Apart from these, candidates must have good command over all the subjects taught during MBBS especially Pre Clinical, Para Clinical and Clinical.
Since AIIMS PG is a computer based test, question papers and AIIMS PG 2015 Answer Key are not available in the public domain. Therefore, candidates have to wait for AIIMS PG 2015 result which will be published on November 13, 2014. The list of qualified candidates with their name and roll number of AIIMS Exam 2015 will be displayed.
AIIMS PG 2015 exam was conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi in online mode across 9 centres in India. AIIMS PG 2015 is the qualifying exam for admission to 143 MD/MS seats in 25 specialties.
AIIMS PG 2015 entrance exam paper carried 200 multiple choice questions covering all the subjects taught at MBBS level. According to AIIMS PG 2015 exam pattern, there is negative marking of 1/3 for wrong answer.
The counselling of AIIMS PG 2015 January session will be conducted in three rounds beginning from December 9, 2014 at AIIMS, New Delhi. The second round of AIIMS PG 2015 counselling will be held on December 18, 2014 and open selection for the vacant seats will be done on January 27, 2015. Only qualified candidates will be eligible to attend AIIMS PG 2015 counselling. Candidates are advised to download their AIIMS PG 2015 counselling letter and report to venue as per schedule

I think that you have some misunderstanding about the fees structure. AIIMS fees is low than 10,000 Inr. If anywhere, mentioned Course fees Rs 5.83 k then it means 5,830 Rupees.
