Candidates who have appeared in AIIMS PG 2016 entrance exam on November 1 for admission to 150 programmes in Clinical and Basic Clinical Sciences can check their result from the link given below. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducts PG Entrance examination twice a year for admissions to MD/MS and MDS seats in various streams. The July session of AIIMS PG 2015 has been conducted for 166 MD/MS/MDS seats in 29 programmes excluding seats reserved for Sponsored/ Foreign category. The candidates for AIIMS PG 2015 July session has been selected entirely on the basis of merit in the entrance examination. The candidates must note that the choice of subject gas been allocated as per the results in the counselling sessions. The first round of Counselling of AIIMS PG 2015 for July session was conducted on June 11, 2015 followed by the second round scheduled to be conducted on June 19, 2015. As per the lastest orders given by the central government, there will be no AIIMS or JIPMER examinations conducted from 2020, only NEET is considered as the common medical examination conducted throughout the country for the allocation of Medical seats. Dear Amit, AIIMS PG eligiblity criteria states that to be eligible for AIIMS PG, Candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 55% in MBBS. It is 55% for General and OBC Categories and 50% for SC and ST Categories. Now it is irrelevant whether you have appeared for any subject twice or more. What matters is the total aggregate.
