AIIMS PG counselling 2020- AIIMS, Delhi has released the subject-wise vacant seats for open counselling for AIIMS PG on Februrary 11, 2020. According to the official PDF, there are a total of 113 seats which will be filled in the open round of AIIMS PG. Earlier, the authority had released an official notice regarding the open counselling for AIIMS PG 2020 on February 5, 2020. The open round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020 will be conducted on February 20, 2020 at 8:00 AM in Jawaharlal auditorium, AIIMS New Delhi. Candidates who had been alloted seats in round I, II & III can surrender/resign their seats till February 16, 2020. Any resignation of seats after the mentioned date will be accepted along with a penalty.

Earlier the authority announced round third AIIMS PG 2020 counselling result on January 15 in the form of PDF. A link to check AIIMS PG seat allotment list is available on this page. As per the seat matrix for AIIMS PG counselling, round three was conducted for admission to 220 MD/MS/DM/MCh and MDS seats offered by seven institutes. A total of three rounds of AIIMS PG counselling 2020 was been held by the counselling authority including an open round. The open round of AIIMS PG 2020 counselling will be organised on February 13 to 16, 2020 so as to fill the residual seats in offline mode for all candidates who have not been allotted seat in the previous round. Before the commencement of each round, AIIMS, Delhi releases the number of seats available for the particular round of AIIMS PG counselling. Eligible candidates requires to enter or re-arrange their web option of college and course within the stipulated time. Based on the availability of seats, AIIMS PG All India Rank (AIR), preferences entered by the candidates, reservation criteria and other factors, seats have been allotted in the January session of AIIMS PG 2020.
Through AIIMS PG exam, a total of 546 seats in MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh seats offered in AIIMS institutes located in AIIMS- New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh. Only those candidates who will qualify AIIMS PG 2020 will be eligible to appear for the exam.

As per the AIIMS PG eligibility criteria, the candidate must qualify by securing 50th percentile irrespective of the category they belong to. Step 1- Registration
First and foremost, aspirants must register online to express their will to participate in the counselling of AIIMS PG 2020. Only those candidates whose names are included in the two merit lists released by AIIMS, Delhi will be invited to participate in AIIMS PG 2020 counselling. These candidates are required to login to their ‘MyPage’ portal using their login credentials (Candidate ID and Password). The link to ‘MyPage’ will be made available as and when the counselling for AIIMS PG 2020 starts. After logging in the counselling link will be activated for those candidates who are eligible to participate. The link will redirect candidates to the online AIIMS PG counselling portal. Now, candidates will be asked to register for AIIMS PG online counselling and create a new password. After successful registration for counselling for AIIMS PG 2020 is complete, candidates will be able to login to AIIMS PG counselling portal using the newly created password.
Step 2- Choice filling
In this step, candidates will be required to exercise their choice preferences. To submit your choices, login to the online AIIMS PG 2020 counselling portal with the new password and click on ‘Make Choices’ tab. Now, add your preferences by clicking on the ‘Add Choice’ button. Candidates can choose the list of institutes and subject-specialities. In order to remove a choice, candidates can click on ‘Delete’ button. To save a choice, click on the ‘Save’ button and the saved choices can be rearranged by simply dragging them. The choices can be added/deleted/reordered as many times as per the choice of candidates until they click on the ‘Submit and Lock’ button.
Step 3- Submitting and Locking Choices
After saving the final choices, it is advisable to click on ‘Submit and Lock Choices’ to proceed with AIIMS PG counselling process. To lock the choices, candidates will be required to tick the checkbox which says ‘I accept the declaration’. There cannot be any changes made after locking the choices, therefore, candidates must ensure that the choices locked by them are final. If in case, candidates are unable to lock their choices for the counselling for AIIMS PG 2020, then the choices will be saved automatically after the counselling process is over.
Step 4- Viewing and Printing the Choices
The choices submitted by the candidates can be viewed by them by clicking on ‘View Choices’ tab. It is recommended that candidates take a printout of the choices locked in the AIIMS PG counselling process for future reference.
After the submission of choices, AIIMS New Delhi will be releasing the seat allotment list of each round. The seat allotment list will mention the name of the candidates, Roll No., and the AIIMS Institute allotted to them. AIIMS PG 2020 seat allotment list will be only made available in online mode. Candidates who will be allotted a seat will be required to download the allotment letter to be furnished at the time of reporting at the designated college.
After the conclusion of each round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020, candidates will be asked to choose one option out of four which are given below. In order to choose an option, candidates need to logging to the AIIMS PG 2020 counselling online portal which can be accessed from ‘My Page’ account from the link given above. Candidates who will be allotted a seat in any of the rounds of counselling to retain their seat or to give their consent of continuing in the AIIMS PG counselling process.
Option 1: Choose this if one wishes to 'ACCEPT THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE' in the further rounds of counselling.
Option 2: Choose this to 'ACCEPT THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'WANT TO PARTICIPATE’ in the next round of AIIMS PG 2020 counselling.
Option 3: Choose this to 'DECLINE/REFUSE THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE’ in the subsequent round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020
Option 4: Choose this if you wish to 'DECLINE/REFUSE THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'WANT TO PARTICIPATE’ in the next round of counselling.
After the seat is allocated, candidates need to report to the allotted AIIMS Institute with the original documents and a demand draft of INR 3,00,000. You can make correction in uploaded images from February 20, 2020 - February 24, 2020 till 5pm.And at basic registration stage provisionally accepted status does not mean that your application form is rejected, you need not to be worried about that, Your application status changes after the final registrations which will start from March 9, 2020.You can chekc the status of final registration From April 7, 2020.
You need not to worry as it may occur due to some technical issues.
Try it again after some time, even if it doesn't work then the wise step one could take regarding this case is to drop the mail to the concerning authority, keep the note of the response of the mail to avoid any future discrepancy.

To register in this follow the steps as given below-
You dont have to fill another basic registration. The last year basic registration will be valid. If the basic registration application has been accepted last time you can use it for the next time also. You can use that basic registration as long as you appear for PG exams. The only thing that you need to do will be when final registration dates are announced, you have to generate the RUC code, make the final payment and submit the final registration application using the same basic registration details.
