2 things would have happened here. Either you entered your Category as ST Category and hence that amount was considered as the application fees or secondly you must have entered the wrong amount. If you entered the wrong Category, you cannot change your Category in the application form and hence you may have to re-register with a new email id, mobile no#, fill in a new application again and make a payment again for the correct amount. Now, if you entered the wrong amount manually, the application will be rejected for making insufficient payment and in this case again you will have to re-register.
The correction window for NEET MDS was open from the 4th of November 2019 to the 9th of November 2019. This window was then extended to the 11th of November 2019. Unfortunately, that was yesterday and you have just barely missed it. Also, Category change was one of the criteria eligible for correction.
For NEET PG, it will be opened later in the month of December. Category and DoB are the two editable fields in this year's correction window.
I request you not to worry as there is a correction window available for NEET PG this year. It will be in the last week of December. However, the fields that can be corrected are dependent on the number of correction requests received by the NBE. Last year, only Date of Birth and Category could be corrected. You can write an application to the NBE and hope your category is selected for correction.
