It has been 12 days since the AIPMT application was made available online to the medical aspirants. CBSE is yet to correct the error if they have noticed. Such errors are also witnessed in JEE Main application form where the state Chattisgarh is missing. The errors have been rampant and have occurred now and again.

Who pays the price?
In the section ‘AIPMT 2014- Payment of Examination fee through E-Challan’, aspirants who choose Arunachal Pradesh in state section will be shocked to know that the state simply doesn’t exist when E-challan details filling step is followed. Arunachal Pradesh state does not show anywhere. Check the below image to understand the glitch better.
After having paid the fees through E-challan what will the students of Arunachal Pradesh do? They are unable to proceed with the online application procedure until this significant error gets rectified.

From 2020-2021 session onwards, there shall be only one entrance exam for admission to MBBS course and that is NEET
Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place now.
So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
