AIPMT 2015 Counselling Round 1 Analysis - closing rank fall by 1000
The first round of AIPMT counselling, which concluded on August 23, reflected a fall in the MBBS cut off rank for General and OBC category candidates by nearly 1000 ranks as compared to the previous year.

AIPMT 2015 Counselling from August 19
The AIPMT 2015 counselling will be conducted in three rounds beginning from August 19. According to Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) officials, the facility for registration, choice filling for round 1, 2 and 3 will be available from August 19 to 21 (till 11.59 PM). While the facility for locking the choices will available from August 21 from 10:00 AM to 11.59 PM.

Supreme Court refuses to allow hijab in AIPMT 2015 test
The Supreme Court on July 24, refused to allow hijab or any other head gear like scarf in the AIPMT 2015 retest. A bench led by Chief Justice H L Dattu has taken this decision in support of CBSE notification that prohibited wearing hijab.

CBSE says no bars on wearing customary dress in AIPMT 2015 re-test
Some minority groups had objected to the dress code saying, barring head scarves would affect several students who wear a hijab. The Kerala High Court granted conditional permission to wear customary religious dress but said that the students shall appear before women invigilators half-an-hour before the examination.

AIPMT 2015 Re-test: Report in open slippers and not the shoes, says CBSE dress code
CBSE has asked candidates to appear for AIPMT Retest on July 25 in open slippers and not the shoes.
According to the CBSE, which is conducting AIPMT afresh following a Supreme Court order, open slippers is part of the dress code which candidates need to follow for appearing in the Re-test. In further specifications, the exam conducting authority asked candidates to report their exam centres in light clothes with half sleeves Shirt/T-Shirt/Kurta not having big buttons, brooch or any badge, flower and Trouser/Salwar.”

The admit card of AIPMT 2015 Retest is now available to download. Candidates can download their retest admit card by entering their registration number of AIPMT 2015 and password. According to officials, only those candidates can download the AIPMT 2015 Retest Admit Card who had applied in the stipulated time from December 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015 with the requisite fees.

The AIPMT 2015 re-test is likely to be conducted around second week of July, according to official sources in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which conducts the national level medical entrance exam. About 6.3 lakh candidates are waiting for AIPMT re-test after the Supreme Court scrapped the exam over answer key leak allegations.

The Supreme Court on Monday, 15 June cancelled AIPMT 2015 exam considering the likely adverse impact on the exam and evaluation process due to 'answer key leak' during exam. The Apex Court has annulled the All India Pre- Medical Entrance Exam after taking into account the petitions filed by parents as well as students demanding re-examination of the coveted medical entrance examination of India. The court also directed the exam authority, CBSE to conduct a re-test within four weeks.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has confirmed that the answer key of AIPMT 2015 has not been leaked. According to a press release issued by the Controller of Examination, K. K. Choudhury, ‘the exam was conducted in a smooth and fair manner’ and ‘no reports were received prior to the commencement of the examination, during the examination or after the examination from any quarter by the Board regarding the leakage as alleged.’

AIPMT 2015 exam conducted on May 3, 2015. Around 6.3 lakh students appear in AIPMT 2015 1060 centres. Students and experts rated the paper to be ‘moderate to difficult’ in terms of difficulty level. According to experts, among the three sections, Physics has been found to be the toughest while Biology and Chemistry were moderate. Also, a majority of the questions in AIPMT 2015 were outside the NCERT syllabus which added a surprise element to the test.

Every candidate who qualifies NEET Cut-off is eligible to take part in counselling process. Now, there are broadly two types of counselling process for NEET qualifiers, first one is All India counselling conducted by DGHS on behalf of MCC for 15% All India Quota seats in government medical colleges and all seats in different central Institutions including AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, ESI, Delhi University (DU), BHU, AMU and other deemed universities . The second one is the state counselling held by each individual state medical council for the rest of the 85% of the seats in the government colleges, state run universities and the private medical colleges of the state.

When is the right time to start revising class 11th portion for NEET 2021?
Hello Aspirant ,
As per my experience ,Class 11 syllabus contains the basics which you'll need to understand the 12th syllabus. So it's very important and should not be skipped at all.
Refer the NCERTs for Biology and Chemistry. Organic chemistry basics are given elaborately in 11th textbooks.
In my opinion, before starting the 12th syllabus, you should go back and take a quick look at its basics in the 11th texts, so as to understand and better. And also take a quick revision at the end so that you fully understand each and every thing.
Try to also solve daily questions and numericals, to retain your knowledge and gain mastery over the topics.
