AIPMT 2016 Application Form - Candidates can now fill the application form of AIPMT 2016 in online mode, available from December 15, 2015. The AIPMT Application Form 2016 can be filled on or before January 12 without late fee and with late fee till February 10, 2016. The application form has been released by CBSE for candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate MBBS/BDS programmes under 15% All India Quota Seats. To apply online for AIPMT 2016, candidates have to visit at official website where candidates can fill AIPMT 2016 Application Form by click on the provided link. On clicking candidates be directed to the Instructions and procedures for online application form page. After reading all the instructions, click on 'Proceed to apply online' tab and candidates will be taken to AIPMT 2016 New Registration page.

AIPMT 2016 Application Form can be filled in five steps. At stage first candidates have to download the admission brochure to ascertain their eligibility and know all about AIPMT 2016. At second stage, candidates have to obtain the registration number by filling in the on-line application. Next stage is to upload images of photograph, signature and right hand index finger impression in JPEG prescribed format. In stage 3 candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee either through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or Bank Challan. At stage 4 candidates have to take the printout of ‘AIPMT 2016 Confirmation Page’. It must be noted that there is no need to send the Confirmation Page to CBSE.  Candidates are advised to preserve this page for future correspondence.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened a onetime correction window for candidates to rectify any mistakes in their AIPMT 2016 application form. The online correction window of AIPMT 2016 application form is available from February 15 to 20 which allow candidates to correct particulars like date of birth, state codes of eligibility, gender, category and disability status.

Step 1 - Download AIPMT 2016 Information Brochure and read it to ensure eligibility criteria

 

As per the AIPMT 2016 Eligibility Criteria, candidates will be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2016 while the age limit is 25 years for general and 30 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidates. Candidates must be appearing or have passed class 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology (PCB) subjects.

Step 2 - Fill the Online AIPMT 2016 Application Form and generate registration number

 

In AIPMT 2016 Registration form candidates have to fill the requisite information as asked. Candidates have to fill their name, category, place of residence, contact details, corresponding address, etc.  Students from AP, J&K and Telangana are not eligible for 15% All India Quota. Students from AP, J&K and Telangana who are domicile of other states are required to submit self-declaration for 15% All India Quota seats. Student from AP, J & K and Telangana are required to submit Self Declaration The submitted self-declaration cannot be edited further, once submitted. Candidate’s rank in the merit list for seats under the control of participating States will be generated on the basis of the State Code of Eligibility filled in by the Candidates in the application form

At this stage candidates have also to furnish their academic qualification at the designated space provided like Name of the School / College from where they passed class 10 & 12, marks scored, year of passing, etc.

 

Review filled AIPMT 2016 Application Form:

 

Candidates have to review their filled their application form. If you would like to change any information entered, you may do so by pressing ‘Back’ button or press ‘Final Submit’ button for final submission. You will now be asked to review your page. If you would like to change any information entered, you may do so by pressing ‘Back’ button or press ‘Final Submit’ button for final submission. Please check the particulars shown in red once again before final submission. These particulars are not editable once submitted. Please enter OTP Number which has already been sent to your mobile and email at a time to registration of candidate.

 

Step 3 – Uploading of Images, Signature and Right Hand Index Finger Impression

 

Candidates have to login using their registration number and password for uploading their images, signature and right hand index finger impression.

  • Image Size - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 10 KB and 100 KB

  • Signature Size - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB

  • Right Hand Index Finger Impression - Must be in JPG format and size must be between 3 KB and 20KB

Step 4 – Payment of AIPMT 2016 Examination Fee

 

The application fee can be paid either online or offline. Candidates must select any of the modes to pay the AIPMT 2016 examination fee.

 

Online Mode: The online mode of payment can be done through Debit/Credit/ Net Banking

                                                                   OR

Offline Payment Mode: The offline mode of payment can be done through bank challan of Syndicate Bank, *Canara Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank generated at the time of application procedure

Step 5 – Generate AIPMT 2016 Confirmation Page

 

After completing the AIPMT 2016 Registration Process, candidates have to generate the confirmation page by clicking on the confirmation link. 

 

Documents to Preserved after submitting AIPMT 2016 Application Form:

Candidates are advised to preserve the following documents after completing the AIPMT 2016 online registration process for future references and communications.

  • Confirmation page of AIPMT 2016 application

  • Proof of examination fee paid (bank challan for offline mode and online receipt if fee is paid through electronic payment gateway )

  • 5 or 6 copies of identical photograph uploaded in AIPMT 2016 application form

  • Copy of self-declaration( if  candidates belong from Andhra Pradesh, Jammu  & Kashmir and Telangana)

Important Point to Remember while filling AIPMT 2016 Application Form:

  • Confidentiality of Password is solely the responsibility of the candidate and all care must be taken to protect the password

  • Candidates must take the printout of the AIPMT 2016 Confirmation Page

  • For security reasons, after finishing work, kindly click the ‘Logout’ button and close all the windows related to AIPMT application session

  • Candidates are advised to keep changing the Password at frequent intervals

How to change/retrieve AIPMT 2016 Application Form Password:

 

Candidates can retrieve the forgotten password of AIPMT 2016 through following procedure. Candidates who forgotten their AIPMT 2016 password can use the following steps to change or recover it. Password can be changes or retrieved through 3 ways:

  1. Through OTP:   While using this process one-time password (OTP) will be sent to candidates at their registered mobile. Through using the sent code candidates can change of retrieve the AIPMT 2016 password. The OTP will be valid for only one login session on a computer system or other digital device.

  2. Through Security Question: While using this method candidates have to enter AIPMT 2016 registration number, date of birth, Security Question and Security Answer which they have filled during registration process. After entering the above detail and security pin candidates can change or retrieve the AIPMT 2016 password.

  3. Forget mobile Number and Email-ID: While using this procedure candidates have to enter the AIPMT 2016 registration number, name, date of birth, Father and Mother name in relevant field abs submit the same with security pin. With this step candidates can also set their AIPMT 2016 password.

Application Form for Participating States and Medical Colleges:

 

There are many State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participate in AIPMT 2016 and use its merit list for admission MBBS and BDS seats in their respective Medical Colleges. The participating states and medical colleges of AIPMT 2016 will not conduct their own entrance exam to fill 85% MBBS and BDS seats under their control. Application Form of AIPMT 2016 participating states and medical colleges will be announced individually by sates and colleges on or before the AIPMT 2016 result.

The entrance exam of AIPMT 2016 will be conducted on May 1 in pen and paper based mode based on the syllabus as prescribed by the examination authority. The exam will be for 3 hours conducted in morning session from 10:00 to 1:00 PM.

 

AIPMT 2016 Common Services Centres/ Facilitation Centres: For providing support to candidates in filling AIPMT 2016 application form, CBSE has designated Common Services Centres/ Facilitation Centres across the country. Candidates who finds difficult in submission of AIPMT 2016 application due to various constraints can go to any of the centres and avail the facility.  Common Services Centres/ Facilitation Centres will provide desired support to candidates in online submission of AIPMT 2016 application form. Candidates who will submit AIPMT 2016 application form through Common Services Centres can pay the exam fee with e- wallet services.

Dear Akash, as of now, everything is speculative. Until NTA or AIIMS release any official notification regarding this, nothing is definitive. But there are 2 possibilities that might happen. AIIMS might prepare its own merit list based on its own eligibility criteria like AFMC and other Institutions and DGHS might conduct the admissions because AIIMS doesn't belong to any particular State. AFMC conducts a TOELR test, psychometric test and a final interview before shortlisting its Candidates. AIIMS might follow this rule. Nothing is certain at this point in time. We need to wait to hear from the concerned authorities.

Since , there will be no more aiims ug now  and admission in aiims will be on the basis of neet , so now students need to check their eligibility for neet exam , to be eligible for Neet, candidates  need to have completed  10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with percentage;UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% ; percentage here is for pcb aggregate and there's no maximum age limit but minimum age limit is 17 years. Whether NEET eligibility depends on all subjects of 12th ...? or only PCB..? or PCB with English...?

You need to pass all the subjects in your 12th and then score the minimum required aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For being eligible in NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

now for all medical entrance neet is the only exam so are they going to give evn assertion reasoning in the paper like aiims or Will they increase the standard of asking questions how should I prepare ! for 2020

Dear Sucherita, now NEET will be the only entrance exam even for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER, . The general exam pattern will continue. NEET will have 180 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions each from Biology. here is the some tips you can follow to prepare for neet
