Candidate should have passed higher secondary examination
Candidates who belong to general category, should have scored minimum 60% marks in higher secondary in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together
Minimum qualifying marks in 10+2 for candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category are 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together
Apart from Physics, Chemistry and Biology English is also a mandatory subject for students who want to appear in Amrita MBBS entrance exam 2016. Minimum qualifying marks in English is 60%
Amrita MBBs 2016 Age Criteria- Candidates should be older than 17 years on or before December 31, 2016 and candidate should also not be older than 23 years. Age will be calculated from the date of birth mentioned in 10th mark sheet. Candidate’s Age should be between 17-23 years on or before December 31, 2016 to appear in 2016 Amrita University MBBS entrance exam.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
