Assam MBBS Merit List 2020: The Directorate of Medical Education, DME will release the merit list in the second week of June in the online mode. The list will hold the name of all the candidates qualified to apply for the Assam MBBS admission 2020. Aspirants who are a resident of Assam and have secured minimum NEET qualifying percentile will only be added in the Assam Merit List 2020. The list will include the names, NEET scores and percentile, NEET rank and state merit rank of the candidates qualified in the medical entrance exam and have a permanent domicile of the state.

Based on the NEET 2020 merit rank, eligible candidates will be called for the counselling procedure for Admission to Assam MBBS 2020 to 900 MBBS and 40 BDS under 85% states quota seats. Downloading the Assam MBBS 2020 Merit List

Follow the procedure mentioned below in order to download the Assam MBBS merit list 2020.

  • Candidates need to click on the link of the merit list which will be released in the second week of June.

  • Candidates then have to search for their name and roll number in the Assam MBBS merit list 2019.

  • The aspirants mentioned in the merit list can also be eligible to fill the application form of Assam MBBS admission 2020.

Assam MBBS Rank List 2020 Eligibility

According to the eligibility guidelines established by the authority, the domicile candidates have to secure minimum qualifying NEET cut off 2020 percentile in order to enter in the merit list. Interested candidates can check the scores corresponding to the qualifying percentile in the table below.

Assam MBBS 2020 Merit List Tie-Breaking Criteria

In a situation where the marks obtained by two or more candidates in NEET 2020 will be equal, the authority will follow the inter-se merit mechanism mentioned below to resolve the ties:

  • Candidates with higher scores in Biology will be granted better rank in the state merit list.

  • In a situation where the tie still exists, the candidate with better scores in Chemistry will be given better Assam MBBS state merit rank.

  • In a rare situation where the still continues, then the age will be taken into account and candidates older in age will be given preference.

After the Release of Assam MBBS 2020 Merit LIst

After the release of the state merit list by the authority, the eligible candidates will have to download the Assam MBBS application form 2020 online, fill the form and then have to submit it in offline mode before the last date which is the third week of June. Candidates need to keep in mind that along with the application form, the relevant documents should also be verified during the seat allotment process.

Yes the admission to DNB 2020 for Post MBBS courses will be done on the basis of merit list of NEET PG  only.

Hello there!

Greetings!

Last date to apply for NEET examination was 6th January 2020 while your neet examination will be conducted on 3rd May 2020.

Your neet examination will be conducted in the offline mode i.e pen paper mode.

This year neet examination will be for admission to 76,928 Medical, 26,949 Dental, 52,720 AYUSH, 1205 AIIMS and 200 JIPMER seats.

You will be able to download your NEET admit card 2020 from March 27 onwards.

I have got 3975 rank (AIQ) in neet mds and Im under obc category. is there any possibility of getting a non clinical seat in govt clg??
