BCECE Medical 2014 Application Form - BCECE Medical 2014 Online Application Form is now available. Aspirants who wish to apply for BCECE 2014 are advised to visit the board's official website. Afterwards the eligible candidates need to click on the link ENTRANCE NOTE - ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR BCECE-2014 for applying online. Important points of BCECE 2014 Application Procedure:
Step 1: Online registration – After filling up the basic detail of candidate, a registration number and password will be generated. For any further communication the username of candidate will be its registration number
Step 2: Online procurement of bank challan (receipt) of BCECE 2014 – For obtaining bank challan candidates are required to visit the official website and click on the ‘Payment Submission’ link and enter registration number and password. After that they are required to take printout of three copies of the bank challan. The prescribed application fee must be submitted in designated branches of the State Bank of India.

Step 3: Exam Fee and Online Submission of Application Form – After depositing the fees, visit the official website and login by using user ID and enter journal number provided by the bank. Then fill the other details of online application form and upload passport sized photograph and signature. Download online application form after final submission.
Step 4: Dispatch of Application Hard Copy – The hard copy of the filled in online application form, enclosures and bank receipt has to be sent to BCECE office. This can be sent either though registered post or via speed post. Candidates must super scribe the application form envelope with the title APPLICATION FOR BCECE-2014. On the envelope candidates need to mention the group they have applied for (PCB) or (PCMB)

As per the age criteria for NEET, candidates need to attain 17 years by 31st December of that appearing year, so yes you can appear for NEET based on this.
You also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria as mentioned below;
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
PCB aggregate against each category as mentioned below should be attained;
- UR - 50%,
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
- PWD - 45%

I got 164/300 in PCB , I am from obc category. I am pass in all subjects and english is my core subject physics- Theory-23 practicle-28 chem- T-23 p-28 bio- T-34 P-28 my score is less in theory than practicles in physics and chemistry.. Is I am eligible for NEET??? And for colleges like Aiims?
if we get 59 percentage in board examination then we are prepare neet
Actually your overall % obtained in class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility , only your aggregate in PCB is considered
And you have not mentioned your aggregate in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology .
Neet eligibility criteria says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
If you fulfil this criteria then only you are eligible for NEET
