BCECE Medical 2016 is a state level, two staged examination. The Stage 1 of BCECE Medical 2016, also known as Preliminary, has been conducted on April 17 and stage 2, commonly known as Mains, will be conducted on May 15, 2016 for providing admissions to undergraduate medical and dental programmes in the participating colleges of BCECEB, exam and counselling conducting authority.
BCECE Medical 2016 will continue to be gateway for admission to state medical colleges in the admission year 2016. The exam, which earlier stood cancelled as per the Supreme Court order on May 9, 2016, again comes into effect after the Centre brought an ordinance on NEET, which put state entrance tests out of NEET ambit for 2016 admission year. However, NEET phase 2, applicable for admissions to 15 per cent all India quota in government colleges; and private and deemed institutions, is still open for all.

Dear Mansi, this depends on the verifying body i.e. NTA. If your uploaded document is not upto the guidelines then NTA will send you mail regarding that onyl. If you don't receive any mail then consider your application to be good.
Also, it is mentioned that the documents from digilocker can be used for official purposes. So, I don't think there will be any problem. Still if NTA sends you a mail then you will have to comply.

There is no upper age limit to appear for NEET 2020 although you must have attained 17 years of age to appear for the exam. you must have scored a minimum of 50 % in your senior secondary exam to be eligible to appear for the same.
