BCECE Medical 2016 Syllabus: The exam conducting authority of BCECE Medical 2016, Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), has released the syllabus of BCECE Medical 2016 for both the stages. The BCECE Medical 2016 Syllabus will help candidates to prepare well for two stage entrance exam. The BCECE Medical 2016 Stage 1 exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 17, 2016 and stage 2 exam will be conducted on May 15, 2016. Candidates must note that the exam pattern of both stages is different; however, they will be based on the same syllabus as prescribed by examination authority.

As per the BCECE Medical 2016 qualifying criteria, general category candidates have to score 50% while reserved categories (OBC, ST,SC) have to score a minimum of 40% of the total marks in both the stages.
BCECE Medical 2016 will continue to be gateway for admission to state medical colleges in the admission year 2016. The exam, which earlier stood cancelled as per the Supreme Court order on May 9, 2016, again comes into effect after the Centre brought an ordinance on NEET, which put state entrance tests out of NEET ambit for 2016 admission year. However, NEET phase 2, applicable for admissions to 15 per cent all India quota in government colleges; and private and deemed institutions, is still open for all.

Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place now.
So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
