BCECE PGMAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria:  The eligibility criteria of BCECE PGMAT 2016 have been declared by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, exam conducting authority. Candidates who are planning to appear in the entrance exam are advised to read the below mentioned criteria of eligibility thoroughly. BCECE PGMAT 2016 is a gateway examination for seeking admissions in 5 MD, 6 MS, 8 Diploma and 1 MDS seat in participating medical and dental colleges of Bihar.

Candidates appearing in BCECE PGMAT 2016 must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria. The online registrations for the entrance exam has begun from January 11, 2016.

Important highlights of BCECE PGMAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

Residential

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India

Age limit:

  • There is no upper age limit for appearing in BCECE PGMAT 2016

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS from any medical/dental college of Bihar state included in the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India respectively

  • Candidates who are permanent residents/domiciled of Bihar and have been admitted in the MBBS/BDS before the bifurcation of Bihar in Medical/Dental colleges situated in Jharkhand

  • Candidates must have completed the rotating internship

  • Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS examination but not has not completed the rotating internship may be allowed to appear in BCECE PGMAT 2016 on provisional basis but he/she must complete rotating internship before the date of counselling

  • Candidates must have obtained the permanent registration from Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India

Others

  • A  candidate who is not a permanent resident of Bihar but have passed MBBS/BDS examination from any medical/dental college of Bihar are also eligible to appear in BCECE PGMAT 2016

BCECE PGMAT 2016 is a pen and paper based examination scheduled to be conducted on March 6, 2016 for providing admissions to post graduate medical and dental programmers in the participating medical/dental colleges of Bihar.

The online procedure of BCECE PGMAT 2016 has begun from January 11, 2016 by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Through BCECE PGMAT 2016, admissions to 15 MD, 6 MS, 8 Diploma and 1 MDS seat will be given.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

Greetings!

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.
