BLDE UGET 2016 Counselling - BLDE University, Bijapur,the counselling authority, will conduct BLDE UGET medical counselling 2016, from September 3 for admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes. Candidates who have participated in NEET-1 or NEET-2 will be called for BLDE UGET Medical 2016 counselling as per their ranks in NEET 2016, released on August 16, 2016. As per the Supreme Court’s ruling on May 9, 2016, private and deemed medical universities will have to accept NEET 2016 scores for providing admissions to MBBS and BDS seats in their respective medical and dental colleges. BLDE UGET Medical 2016 Counselling will be held in offline mode at University campus in Bijapur for admissions to 150 MBBS seats in BLDE University. Highlights of BLDE UGET Medical Counselling 2016:
Candidates will be called for counselling as per their ranks in the merit list, which will be based on the scores of NEET 2016 results
Candidate whose name will appear in the BLDE medical merit list will have to appear in person for the BLDE UGET Medical 2016 Counselling
If selected, candidate has to give an undertaking on a bond paper of Rs.100 that he/she will submit Original Documents within 8 days from the date of admission, failing which admission will be cancelled
For any reason, if a candidate fails to attend the first round of counseling in person along with the requisite original documents is eligible to attend the further rounds of counseling
There will be second or further counseling of rounds subject to vacancies if seats
Procedure of seat selection by the candidates:
The candidates will be allowed to exercise option and to select seat in the order of merit
Counselling of BLDE UGET Medical 2016 will be divided into sessions
The candidate will be allowed to participate in accordance with the notified time and schedule and stipulated rank ranges only
The candidates are required to get the documents verified and registered themselves at the BLDE UGET Medical 2016 Counselling counter
The presence of candidate is compulsory for BLDE UGET Medical 2016 Counselling, since it involved Biometric, photo and signature verification
BLDE UGET Medical 2016 Counselling will comprise of the following stages:
Reporting of the candidates
Verification and submission of original documents
Registration of the candidates
Exercising the option of selection of admission as per the merit list
Remittance of fees
Issue of allotment letter
Online entry of admission application form
Admission at college office
Documents to be furnished in original at the time of BLDE UGET Medical Counselling 2016:
SSLC/SSC/10th Class Marks Card and Passing Certificate
Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority if SSLC/SSC/10 class certificate does not contain proof of date of birth
PUC II year or 12 standard or equivalent examination marks card and passing certificate
Migration Certificate (Where ever applicable)
Character and conduct certificate
Study Certificate for 10 Years (between 1ST Standard to 12th Standard)
Authentication letter from the college where the candidate has completed 10+2
Candidate and Parent PAN Card copy
Three recent passport size colored photograph with name and date
Candidates claiming admissions under SC/ST/Locomotive disability category and OBC (Karnataka State Only) as declared by the Govt. of India/ Karnataka shall furnish the certificates to that effect issued by competent authority (in English Version)
Domicile certificate for Karnataka OBC Candidates
DDs of any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Bank “payable at Vijaypura-(Bijapur)-586103 for tuition fees and other fees
Five set of self-attested photocopies of the above mentioned originals arranged in same order
The date of commencement of academic session is September 13, 2016.

Dear aspirant, you don't need any domicile certificate for applying to 85% STATE QUOTA. As per the rules any student who has completed 10th and 12th from UP will not be required to provide domicile certificate during counselling.
Your 10th and 12th marksheet are proof that you are permanent resident of this state so there's no need to provide domicile certificate.

Yes. According to the new criteria all students who want to appear for MBBS have to appear for NEET and there will be no separate tests for AIIMS and JIPMER. Admission in both the Institutions will be on the baiss of NEET score only. So the news you have heard is absolutely true.
