Candidates applying for CMC Ludhiana MMBS 2014 Applications must have attained 17 years of age as on December 31, 2014. Moreover those who are born after December 31, 1997 are not eligible to apply for the application form.
Candidates should be a citizen of India and those who belong to Indian Origin with Citizenship of other nation may apply under NRI category. No other foreign nationals will be admitted.
You need to pass in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have secured at least 50% of marks in English and a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/BC) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination.

Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
