CMC Vellore PG 2016 Important Dates: The examination calendar of CMC Vellore PG 2016 has been released by the Christian Medical College (CMC) Association, the exam conducting authority on September 15, 2015. The application forms are now available to fill in the online mode only. The last date to fill the application form is November 6, 2015. However, the last date of receipt of payment proof (incase of Bank Challan/Demand Draft) is November 13, 2015.

CMC Vellore PG 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on January 22, 2016 for providing admissions to post graduate diploma and degree programmes in the Christian Medical College, Vellore. Candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria and exam pattern before applying for CMC Vellore PG 2016.

 

As per the prospectus, CMC Vellore PG 2016 is a Computer Based Test (CBT). The entrance examination is divided in two stages, namely Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 exam will consist of 2 papers, one for general subject and other for the specialist subject, candidates have applied for. Stage 2 examination will be based on assessment skills and knowledge. This must be noted that candidates who will qualify the stage 1 exam will only be allowed to appear in the Stage 2 exam.

CMC Vellore PG, conducted by Christian Medical College (CMC) Association is a gateway examination for providing admissions to MD/MS programmes in the Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore. The stage 1 of the entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 22, 2016 and the stage 2 is scheduled to be conducted on February 9 and 10, 2016  for providing admissions to as many as 109 MD/MS and Diploma seats in 26 different streams.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020.
