The online exam COMEDK PGET 2016 was conducted on January 17, 2016 in 72 cities and in 138 centres. A total of 21039 candidates appeared in the exam for admission to around 600 MD/MS/Diploma/MDS seats in 12 Medical and 20 Dental Colleges of Karnataka. The examination was conducted in an online mode between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm in a single session.

According to officials, as many as 8199 (50%) candidates in medical and 1949 (44%) of the candidates in dental who have written the test qualified for COMEDK PGET 2016 seat selection process. Out of these 2006 (24%) candidates in medical and 300 (15%) candidates in dental are from Karnataka.
The actual percentage-range required for secured by the candidates in COMEDK PGET 2016 varies from more than 80% to little less than 60% but more than 50%. As many as 248 out of first 1000 rank holders have secured more than 70% marks in their MBBS examination; 287 candidates out of first 1000 rank holders have secured marks between 66% and 70% in their UG course; similarly, 395 out of first 1000 rank holders are in the range of 60% to 65% marks in MBBS and finally, the rest of 70 candidates out of first 1000 rank holders have secured less than 60% but more than the minimum percentage marks in their MBBS, required to seek admissions through COMEDK PGET 2016.
The highest marks secured by the candidate in COMEDK PGET 2016 are, 138 out of the maximum of 180 in Medical PGET and 136 out of the maximum of 180 in Dental PGET.

In case of Ties in the COMEDK PGET 2016 Score:
Ties, in the test score, if any, will be resolved based on the following in the order specified:
The Principal of least negative responses (number of wrong questions)
Number of additional attempts during the course of study, i.e. MBBS/BDS
Total aggregate percentage scored in MBBS/BDS
The age of candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate. In case of tie existing after exhausting in all of the above situation, merit will be based on random selection
Based on COMEDK PGET 2016 Cut off, examination authority will prepare a merit list for all the qualified candidates and the online counselling of COMEDK PGET 2016 will be done accordingly. The allocation of seats for post graduate medical and dental programmes in the colleges participating in COMEDK will be done strictly on the basis of rank cum choice of candidates foor the course and colleges

But, let me tell you that you haven't tagged the name of the College which you are talking about. And, NEET PG is not a college. It's an exam which you give after completion of your MBBS course or any other similar course after NEET UG. So kindly restructure your question and ask agàin. And also, the eligibility criteria for applying in neet UG entrance exam is minimum 50% marks in class 12 for general category and 45% minimum marks for reserved categories with PCB as main subject combination. As you cannot provide them OBC category certificate you will be treated as general category candidate.So you can claim general category and your admission will be based on general category rank.You will be alloted a seat considering your general category rank.
