DNB CET 2016 Application Form - National Board of Examinations (NBE) the examination authority of DNB CET 2016 has announced the online application dates and procedure of filling up the application forms. The online registrations for DNB CET 2016 for the Januray session has begun from September 16, 2015. The last date for filling up the online application forms is October 22, 2015.Candidates who wish to fill the DNB CET 2016 application form for January session are advised to ascertain their eligibility for the exam before applying. DNB CET applicants must have completed their MBBS 2016 degree and obtained registration from Medical Council of India after completing their compulsory rotating internship i.e. January and July 31, 2016 for respectively January and July session.


DNB CET 2016 application form can be filled online mode only from the link given below because there is no option for submitting the application forms offline. Candidates are advised to thoroughly read the registration guide before proceeding to complete their DNB CET 2016 registration & scheduling process. Once the candidate has completed their scheduling process, there will be no option to reschedule.

DNB CET 2016 registration process involves following process. Candidates have to complete the DNB CET 2016 application procedure within 15 minutes. Before beginning the registration process candidates are advised to gather all the information regarding their credit/debit card details, educational history, and internship details.

3. Schedule the exam

4. Pay for the exam fee

Step – 1 - Create a profile for DNB CET 2016

  • In this section, candidates have to enter basic contact information like their name exactly as it appears in their Passport/MBBS degree, email id, gender,  mother’s & father’s name, etc.

  • Creating username & password – Candidates username must a combination of alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) but does not contain spaces or special characters. The maximum length allowed is 50 characters. Password must be of 7-20 characters long and contain at least one alpha and one numerical character

  • Additional contact information – Candidates have to their postal address for communication along with provide Primary and secondary contact number

  • Candidates have to Click ‘Save & Continue’ to move on to the next section DNB CET 2016 Application procedure

  • Note: Once the profile has been created and saved, candidates will no longer be able to make changes to their name or username. Candidates may use your username and password to login into your profile

Step – 2 - Apply for DNB CET 2016

  • Candidates have to select the exam and once the exam is selected, click on ‘Save & Continue’ button. The next screen will be the exam information screen which candidates have to provide important information related to exam such as important dates, fees and program information

  • Personal Information - Candidates will need to enter your Nationality, Category, Date of Birth, MBBS registration number

  • Educational Background – Candidates have to enter  their total aggregate marks obtained in their professional MBBS examination as percentage of marks obtained along with the name of the university where MBBS was completed, state and month and year of passing MBBS

  • Declaration by Candidate - In this section, applicants will be required to choose “I Agree” or “I Disagree” to the declaration statement. This declaration affirms that you are eligible to take the DNB CET 2016 and all the information that you have entered is correct.

After reading this section, candidates need to choose “I agree,” in order to click “Save & Continue” to proceed to the next section. If you select “I disagree,” you will not be allowed to proceed.

Step – 3 - Schedule the DNB CET 2016 Test

  • Candidates have to select location for appearing in DNB CET 2016 entrance test from the list of given selection. You may choose any one of the preferred location for the exam.

  • Select Date and Time – Candidates can select date and time for their DNB CET 2016. You will only be able to select dates highlighted in blue. If a date in the test window is not shown, it means that all available testing sessions at that site for that date have already been filled. Once you choose the date, you will need to choose the time of the test i.e. either 10 a.m. session or the 3.15 p.m. session. If either of these two times does not appear, it means all available testing seats for that time have already been filled

Click on ‘Save & Finish’ button to move towards the payment screen

Step – 4- Make Online Payment for DNB CET 2016

  • The exam fee for DNB CET 2016 is Rs. 4500. Candidates can remit the fee using credit/debit/net banking. Please select your payment option from the tabs indicated on the Make Payment Screen and fill in the required information. Once all the information has been entered, click on Make Payment button

  • Confirmation Page - If all information has been entered correctly, you will be redirected to the Welcome Back page. You should read the confirmation screen to make sure all information entered is correct. If any information is incorrect and needs to be updated, click the ‘Edit Profile’ or ‘Edit Application’ buttons to make appropriate changes in the area where the correction needs to be made

  • Admit Card: Candidates will receive the admit card within 24 hours of scheduling at the registered email address. You can also login into your profile using the username and password to print a copy of the admit card

DNB CET 2016 is scheduled to be conducted from November 28, 2015 to December 1, 2015 for admission to various Post Graduate courses including Direct 6 year’s course in the specialty of Plastic Surgery, Neuro-Surgery, Cardio-thoracic Surgery and Pediatric Surgery.  DNB CET qualifications are recognized and accepted as high standard specialist qualifications.
