DNB CET 2016 Syllabus - The syllabus of DNB CET 2016 comprises of subjects /knowledge of areas taught during MBBS.  The DNB CET 2016 syllabus has been issued to the National Board of Examination (NBE) by Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of Government of India.

The examination authority NBE has released the DNB CET 2016 syllabus for candidates appearing for the entrance test at the time. The syllabus of DNB CET 2016 consists of questions from subjects taught during the MBBS course including pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical.

The DNB CET 2016 entrance exam will be a computer based test. The online questions booklet of DNB CET 2016 will be as per the syllabus as prescribed by the examination authority. The questions will be from subjects taught during the MBBS course including subjects like pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical. DNB CET 2016 for both the sessions i.e. January and July will comprise of 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)


DNB CET 2016 marking scheme - The weightage of MCQ’s in each specialty will vary and examination authority, NBE has right to alter/vary/amend the marks of the question. There is no negative marking in DNB CET 2016.

DNB CET 2016 for the January session is scheuled to be conducted from November 28 to December 1, 2015 at various alloted centres. The online application forms of DNB CET 2016 has begun from September 16, 2015 and the last date to fill the online application forms is October 22, 2015.Last year, DNB CET January session exam was conducted for as many as 748 seats in approximately 30 disciplines of higher studies in super speciality courses. Only those candidates are eligible for DNB CET 2016 January Session, who holds MBBS degree and has obtained registration either from the Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Councils after completing compulsory rotating internship. According to officials, for DNB CET January session candidates must have completed their internship before January 31, 2016 while for July session candidates must have completed their internship before July 31, 2016.
