D.Y. Patil AICET 2014 Admit Card- After processing AICET 2014 application form the Admit Card for AICET 2014 will be dispatched by courier or by post to all the eligible candidates. The AICET 2014 admit card will be dispatched two weeks before the day of AICET-2014 exam. The AICET 2014 entrance exam will be conducted on May 18, 2014.
The last date of submitting application form is May 05, 2014 without late fee. The last date of submitting Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical Entrance Exam Application Form 2014 with late fee is May 12, 2014.

Candidates are advised to read the following guidelines regarding AICET 2014 Admit Card mentioned below:
The Admit Card for AICET 2014 will be dispatched by courier or by post
The admit card will indicate the seat number and the examination centre allotted to the candidate
In case admit card is not received up to a one week before the AICET Entrance Test 2014, the candidate must contact the Controller of Examinations of the University or the Centre-in-Charge at the respective test centres, on the day of the AICET-2014 Exam, for collecting a duplicate admit card
For issuing duplicate D Y Patil AICET 2014 Admit Card, the candidate shall bring two copies of their photograph identical to the photograph affixed to the AICET 2014 application form. They have to submit proof of submission of AICET 2014 application form or Xerox copy of demand draft or receipt of payment. In case no proof is submitted, duplicate admit card will not be issued to candidates
Candidates must report for the Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2014 Entrance Test at the allotted date and time as per given in the admit card
NOTE: Candidates are advised to preserve the D Y Patil AICET 2014 Admit Card for all future reference and correspondence.

As per the age criteria for NEET, candidates need to attain 17 years by 31st December of that appearing year, so yes you can appear for NEET based on this.
You also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria as mentioned below;
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
PCB aggregate against each category as mentioned below should be attained;
- UR - 50%,
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
- PWD - 45%

But in general as per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 550 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet examination if you want to get a mbbs seat in government medical college

I got 164/300 in PCB , I am from obc category. I am pass in all subjects and english is my core subject physics- Theory-23 practicle-28 chem- T-23 p-28 bio- T-34 P-28 my score is less in theory than practicles in physics and chemistry.. Is I am eligible for NEET??? And for colleges like Aiims?
if we get 59 percentage in board examination then we are prepare neet
Actually your overall % obtained in class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility , only your aggregate in PCB is considered
And you have not mentioned your aggregate in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology .
Neet eligibility criteria says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
If you fulfil this criteria then only you are eligible for NEET
