GCET Medical 2016 Application Form: The application forms of GCET Medical 2016 will available tentatively in the month of January, 2016. The application forms will be available in both the modes, i.e. online and offline. GCET Medical 2016 will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa on two consecutive days of May, 2016 i.e. 10 and 11.
Candidates interested in applying for GCET Medical 2016 are advised to read and get familiarize with the eligibility criteria and exam pattern before filling up the application form. Candidates can check below for the procedure for filling up application form of GCET Medical 2016.
This must be noted that the GCET Medical 2016 application forms can be downloaded from the link given below and has to be submitted in person at Application Reception Centre on or before the last date. Candidates can submit GCET Medical 2016 application form between March 28 to April 2 (without late fee) and till April 29, 2016 (with late fee).

Step wise step procedure of filling up the application form of GCET Medical 2016:
For online mode:
Candidates have to download the application form from the link mentioned above
After downloading, candidates have to print the application form
After printing, candidates are advised to fill in all the details in their own handwriting
For offline mode:
Candidates are advised to read instructions overleaf carefully before filling the form of GCET Medical 2016
Applicant must fill the form in their own handwriting, after downloading & printing the GCET Medical 2016 application form, on good quality A4 Size bond paper and submit the same at the notified locations (as per Centre opted), on specified dates along with self-attested copies of required documents
Photograph affixed on the form should be a recent one i.e. taken not earlier than 3 months prior to the date of application. Candidates must enclose additional identical passport size photographs are to be enclosed with this form
Candidates have to write name in capital letters and date of birth as it appears in your Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) certificate. Address must be complete, including the postal code. Telephone Number must be given with area code in brackets
Application forms should also be signed by the candidates
Candidates have to paste the two recent passport size photographs on the application form, one should be pasted on the application form (B) and the other should affixed to the acknowledgement card
Candidates claiming seat in the reserved category of SC/ST/OBC have to submit the caste certificate from the competent authority
Candidates must note that the only one application form needs to be submitted even if the candidate intends to apply in more than one category
In case it is found that the candidate has submitted more than one application form, the application submitted last will be considered as the final application
Candidates have to make a demand draft of Rs.1500 as an application fee amount, payable in favour of “Director of Technical Education” at Panaji
GCET Medical 2016 application forms will be accepted with additional Late Fee of Rs. 1000 till April 29, 2016

GCET Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on May 10 and 11, 2016 by the exam conducting authority, Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. Through the entrance exam admissions to 128 MBBS seats and 34 BDS seats in Goa Medical & Dental College, Bambolim will be done.

So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.

Dear Ameen, it is a nice thought to want to score 720 out of 720. To achieve that, what you need to remember is the marking scheme and the exam pattern, Do's and Dont's.
Marking Scheme: Every right answer gives you 4 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark.
Exam Pattern: The exam paper will have 45 questions from Physics, 45 from Chemistry and 90 from Biology.
Do's & Dont's: Answer only when you are sure of the answer. For every wrong answer you write, you lose 1 mark. So that will take you away from 720 score.
