Himachal Pradesh Medical 2015 Merit List- The General Combined Merit list of Himachal Pradesh Medical 2015 has been released on August 25, 2015. The one of the participating states in AIPMT 2015, Himachal Pradesh has released the combined merit list for HP Medical 2015 based on the candidate’s result in AIPMT 2015. The Merit list of Himachal Pradesh Medical 2015 consists of Candidate’s name, HPU Merit Rank,HPU AIPMT Rank,AIPMT 2015 Roll Number, category and total marks obtained in AIPMT 2015 Re-Test and the Date of Counselling.

After the release of HP Medical 2015 Merit List, the qualified candidates has been called in for the Counselling procedure of HP Medical 2015. It must be noted that the candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria of the prospectus will only be considered under Management Quota seats as available in the private dental colleges. The candidates hwo had not submitted the Copy/ Printout of the online application form along with the relevant documents shall bring the same on the day of counselling failing, which the candidature cannot be considered for admissions.

As per the counselling schedule mentioned in the Merit List, the counselling of Himachal Pradesh MBBS 2015 is scheduled to be held from August 27, 2015 to August 29, 2015 at the University campus.Himachal Pradesh Medical 2015 Seat allotment will be done for both College wise and Category wise. There are 7 Medical and Dental Colleges in Himachal Pradesh. Admissions to these medical institutions will be done strictly on the basis of HP Medical 2015 Merit List.

does 10th marks matter for neet

Hello there!

No your 10th marks is not taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination, it is your marks in class 12th which is taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination.

You can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

  • You must have passed in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

  • To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by December 31st, 2020 .

  • There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.

  • There's no attempt limit for neet examination.

Ramani, your code will be 07. Code 07 says: Any other examination which in scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University / Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.

Himanshu, if you are from Karnataka, your code will be 03. Code 03 says: The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.

But if you are not from Karnataka, your code will be 02. Code 02 says: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

It will be 05. Code 05 says: The first year of the three years degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.
