How to Manage Time for AIPMT 2014 Preparation along with Class XII Board Exams

Aipmt-Syllabus1. Syllabus: The prime objective for students is to understand the AIPMT 2014 Syllabus thoroughly, specially giving importance to individual topics and sections. Cover all topics given in syllabus. Since the syllabus for both exams is similar, it is better to draw matrix of chapters as per their weightage. The chapter matrix helps you to create checklist regarding time allotment, revision and highlighting the important facts related to the same. This can also be used for marking, if certain chapter needs more clarification or time. Ensure you are clear on the basic concepts of each topic even if you have to read Class 11 books.

It is advised by the medical examination experts to read NCERT books because it is the main core books for AIPMT preparation.

2. Identify your strengths and weakness: Making mistakes is not a major issue but repeating them will prevent you from clearing the exam. During preparation always keep track on the chapters in which you are strong and weak. Keep revising both your weak and strong chapter but you need to take control of the weak one. It is better to schedule revision of the chapters per day. Gradually it will develop good command over the studied topics. Make use of the school /coaching notes for reference as you move further from studying to revision.

Shailendra Maheshwari, Director, Career Point says, “Students should be aware about their weak and strong areas by this time and start focusing on those weak areas where weight-age of marks is more.”

Plan-your-study-schedule3. Plan your study schedule: It is important to schedule your study accordingly to syllabus. A planned study will help you to prepare better with slots for learning and revision. Plan your study schedule in such a manner that you learn and revise the chapter of the board exams and practice the same for AIPMT 2014. The AIPMT 2014 experts advise to practice mock paper/AIPMT sample papers daily.

Brajesh Maheswari, Director & HOD Physics, Allen Coaching Institute, Kota says, “Real mock tests are very important, they will definitely help you in time management and your confidence will surely improved by going through mock test.”

i had bilateral profound hearing loss and got cochlear implant.am i eligible for neet under pwd..?...?. am i actually eligible for neet 2020?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 22nd Oct, 2019

Dear Banu, under Rights for persons with Disabilities under Benchmark disabilities, auditory disability should not exceed 40% to be eligible for PWD reservation in NEET. Now you haven't mentioned the disability percentage and so that it makes it difficult to guess. MCI has approximately 20  approved disability assessment centres which are listed in mcc.nic.in. You can get assessed at one of these centres. If the disability is more than 40% then you are not eligible for PWD reservation but will be considered for category reservation if applicable.
