Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test, in short RPVT is conducted every year by The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), Bikaner, for Rajasthan domicile candidates seeking admission on 312 Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences (B.V. Sc.) or Animal Husbandry (A.H.). seats of 6 colleges across the state. As per the eligibility criteria of RPVT only the candidates have Indian nationality with domicile of Rajasthan are eligible to apply for RPVT and since you have mentioned that you belongs to Andhra Pradesh so unfortunately you are not eligible for RPVT.

RPVT eligibility criteria 2020 specifies that all candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary/Indian School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Examination of 10+2 scheme from a Statutory Indian Board/University. So yes you will be eligible to give RPVT entrance exam as long as you have studied 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology as subjects inclusive of a practical examination in these subjects and any other elective subject and have passed the subjects individually as well as in aggregate with 50% marks. For SC/ST/OBC/MBC, the requirement will be 47.5%. They must have also passed both Theory and Practical examinations in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

RPVT is Rajasthan entrance examination for Veterinary seats for the seat. Students of other State cannot apply for RPVT as the domicile of Rajasthan is mandatory for appearing for RPVT. You should be studying 12th or completed 12th in Physics, Biology and Chemistry. This year the entrance exam has been already conducted for RPVT and if you are eligible you can only apply next year.
