Is mbbs seat is based on neet cutoff for caste wise or do v have a common cutoff?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 17th Sep, 2019
Dear Aarthy, there are 2 types of Counsellings. All India Counselling and State Counselling. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through Direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. Both the Counsellings will have merit list prepared based on Category of the Candidate and the NEET score. And the admissions are based on the merit list.

how much approx Ive to score in neet 2020 to surely get admission in afmc pune under UR category?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 17th Sep, 2019
Dear Vibanshu, in 2019, the cut off for male Candidates was 590 and for female Candidates was 610. Now in 2018, it was around 560 for both male and female candidates. Now cut offs chamge every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now if your target college is AFMC in 2020, you should aim for nothing leas than 650.

Is aakash module good and sufficient for physics preparation along with test series for neet 2020 to get score above 120.......

Papiya Mazumder 17th Sep, 2019

Hello,

As per your requirement, i would say that you must be a neet aspirant, and would appear neet exam.

You are asking about aakash module of physics T o prepare for neet exam. According to me, aakash books are best in biology rather than physics and chemistry. But physics books are also good enough with detailed explanation and plenty of mcqs are given section wise in aakash module which if done properly with all correct concepts you would definitely score good in neet exam but you need to practice whatevr you get from any moduke as there ate no certain of questions coming from the chapter of Physics.

Most important thing is to practice mock test papers to score good in neet.

Good luck
