IPU CET MBBS 2016 is a University level exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for admission to around 264 MBBS seats in 3 medical colleges affiliated to the University.

IPU CET MBBS 2016 both stages (I & II) will be of 3 hours duration
The IPU CET MBBS 2016 exam will have One Question Paper in English medium
The Question Paper will have 200 objective type (multiple choices) questions from Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology. Each question will be provided with four alternative answers marked as (1), (2), (3) and (4). Out of these, only one correct or most appropriate answer should be selected and marked on the OMR answer sheet
Each question will carry 3 marks, which will be awarded for each correct answer
There will be negative marking for incorrect answers. Incorrect answers will include both the 'wrong answers' as well as 'more than one answer to a question'. 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer in IPU CET MBBS 2016 exam
Candidates should bring a black ball point pen to the Examination Hall for writing/marking responses (darkening the ovals) on OMR answer sheet. Use of pencil is not allowed in IPU CET MBBS 2016
The request for re-checking, re-evaluation, re-assessment or scrutiny of IPU CET MBBS 2016 OMR answer sheet will be entertained

Dear aspirant, you don't need any domicile certificate for applying to 85% STATE QUOTA. As per the rules any student who has completed 10th and 12th from UP will not be required to provide domicile certificate during counselling.
Your 10th and 12th marksheet are proof that you are permanent resident of this state so there's no need to provide domicile certificate.

Yes. According to the new criteria all students who want to appear for MBBS have to appear for NEET and there will be no separate tests for AIIMS and JIPMER. Admission in both the Institutions will be on the baiss of NEET score only. So the news you have heard is absolutely true.
