Scoring pattern: Candidates need to attempt all the questions (a total of 250 MCQs combining the two sections). For each correct answer, one mark will be while for incorrect Â¼ marks will be deducted.
In case of a tie of marks, the tie would be broken based on the following preference:
Marks obtained in Section I (Pre & Para Clinical Paper), if fails to break the deadlock then,
Marks obtained in Section II (Clinical Paper), if still indecisive then,
The candidate who is Senior by Age will be given preference, and in the extraordinary case of a tie even then,
The winning candidate will be chosen based on the Alphabetical order of his first name.

As you have mentioned that you wrote your surname after the first name in NEET PG 2020 application form but in your certificates the surname is before the first name, I suggest you to edit your application form and write your name as it is mentioned in your certificates. If there is any discrepancy, your application form is liable to get rejected. So, don't take any risks and try to enter every details matching your documents.
The correction window for NEET PG is currently open and It will remain open till 7th December 2019. After editing the details, review it properly before submitting. After submitting you won't be able to edit it anymore. You'll get only one chance so do it properly.

Now Aadhar card is not mandatory for academic and entrance examination purposes. Supreme Court has passed an order regarding this. So you can take any other valid id proof other than Aadhar card. A proof which has only year of birth and doesn't include date cannot be a valid id proof.
