JIPMER PG 2015 Exam Eligibility - All those aspirants whosoever wishes to apply for JIPMER PG 2015 for July session must ascertain that they fulfill the JIPMER PG Eligibility criteria 2015 as mentioned by examination authority Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER).

 

JIPMER PG 2015 entrance exam is qualifying exam for students seeking admissions to as many as 94 MD/ MS seats. Among 94 MD/MS seats, there are 79 seats are for 19 MD Courses and 25 seats for 5 MS courses. The entrance exam will be a computer based test conducted online on May 31, 2015 at 30 centres across India.

Important Highlights of JIPMER PG 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must be an Indian National
  • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) can also apply for the JIPMER PG 2015 but they have to submit proof of Registration as OCI at the time of counseling
  • Applicant must have MBBS or an equivalent Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. All foreign nationals will have to take prior permission from the Medical Council of India before applying for postgraduate Courses in the Institute. An advance copy of the application and copy of request to MCI must be submitted at JIPMER before the last date of receipt of applications i.e. April 20, 2015
  • Candidates have either completed or due to complete One Year Internship (Rotatory Housemanship) training by June 30, 2015  
  • Candidates who have already done or completed MD/MS in any subject in any Institution are not eligible for admission to MD/MS course at JIPMER PG 2015

In order to be eligible for admission to Postgraduate course at JIPMER, it will be necessary for a candidate to obtain a percentile of 50 and above in the Entrance Examination. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes including OPH, the minimum percentile shall be 40. In respect of Unreserved Orthopedic Physically Challenged (OPH) candidates, 45 shall be the minimum percentile.

what rank i have to get in neet PG/aiims PG/jipmer PG as a UR category or at least in any government seat ?but please respond this only in rank wise or marks wise but dont include percentiles

Hello Aspirant,

As per the lastest orders given by the central government, there will be no AIIMS or JIPMER examinations conducted from 2020, only NEET is considered as the common medical examination conducted throughout the country for the allocation of Medical seats. To get a seat in government college through NEET the candidate has to score a minimum of 900+. I apply for jipmer pg entrance exam... but mistakenly I upload the wrong photo... can I change my photo in application... or shall I apply again.... if I applied again will fees refund....

hello aspirant,

please be careful when you are filling a form.  check the notification if there is any correction window available or not. if thats not possible you need to again apply with a new mail id and phone number. and you will not get any fees refund for that as the mistakes is done by you and jipmer exam authority is not responsible for this.

WHAT DOES THE GRADE/CLASS MEAN ON THE JIPMER PG ENTRANCE 2020 FORM FILLUP

Hello Aspirant,

First of all for your kind information from 2020 there will not be AIIMS or JIPMER examinations conducted as per the orders from central government. NEET will only be the common entrance examination for allocation of medical seats throughout the country.

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, for size of certificate upload in jipmer pg, while filling up the form and uploading the image, itself it will be given there the size reauired for uploading the image. According to that, fill it up.
