How to obtain JKCET Medical 2014 offline application form
Application form along with Information Brochure can be obtained from any one of 33 designated branches of J&K Bank Ltd (list provided below) through cash payment of Rs. 1200/- (Rs. one thousand two hundred only), excluding service charges of the Bank as may be applicable.
Application forms can also be obtained through Bank Draft of Rs.1200 drawn in favour of FA/CAO BOPEE, payable at Srinagar/Jammu from the two below mentioned BOPEE offices –
BOPEE office, Baghat-i-Barzulla opposite J&K Bank, Srinagar – 19005
BOPEE office, 4th floor South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu
Note: Candidates are advised to check that Information Brochure kit contains acknowledgement card and scannable-non scannable application form.
JKCET Medical 2014 OnlineApplication Form Procedure

Candidates have complete online registration process at the official website of BPOEE, after which, they will receive unique Application ID.
Candidates have entering their unique Application ID and date of birth in appropriate tab, and then have to click the “login” tab. Then, candidates will be directed to online application form.
Candidates have to provide and fill-in information for all the mandatory fields (with asterisk mark) asked in the application form. Then, to submit the form candidates have to click on “submit” tab.
Fee for online submission is Rs. 1000/= (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of Bank Draft from J&K Bank in favour of FA/CAO BOPEE, payable at Srinagar/Jammu.
After successful submission of online application form, candidates will receive a registration number and confirmation page.
Candidates have to take print out of confirmation page and have to paste their two recent passport size photograph in the box provided for it.
Candidates have to send confirmation page accompanied with demand draft and all required documents to any of the BOPEE offices (addresses given above).

Completed applications along with required documents can be submitted in person at the any one of two offices of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.Addresses are given below-
Timing & deadline for online application form: Till May 5, 2014 on all day including holidays. From 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Timing & deadline for offline application form: TillMay 7, 2014. Between 10:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M May 2014.
Completed applications along with required documents can also be send to the below mentioned addresses of BPOEE offices by registered post.
Candidates, who missed to submit completed application form within the scheduled deadline, can submit the form on May 8, 2014 at BPOEE offices. For this they have to paylate fee of Rs. 1000.

see one candidate can only apply for one type of category. in neet ug form there is option for obc ncl, sebc is comes under obc-ncl and if family income is less than 6 lakhs you may apply in obc ncl. however ews certificate is for general category candidates who dont have any other reservation criteria and whose family income is less than 8 lakhs per annum, also they have to satisfy the asset and income criteria to become eligible for ews. and you need to have valid documents for proof of ews or obc-ncl criteria. so I would suggest you to choose the category which you have legal documents on behalf of it.
