Eligibility:Candidates seeking admission in Karnataka medical colleges must have following eligibility criteria:
Candidates seeking admission to the MBBS and BDS course should have passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate or (HSC)/10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka
Candidates from general category must have secured minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects and 50 % marks in KCET Medical Entrance Exam 2014

Exam Pattern: KCET Medical 2014 will be held in two days in four different sessions for four subjects. The scheduled date of KCET Medical 2014 exam is May 1 and 2, 2014. KCET Medical entrance exam 2014 will consist of multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Each paper will be conducted for 60 marks each. The duration of each paper will be 80 minutes.
Selection Procedure: On the basis of the KCET medical entrance exam 2014 MBBS and BDS seats will be allotted to candidates in Government, Aided, Private un-aided Minority / non-Minority institutions. Candidates from unreserved category must score 50 % marks in KCET Medical Entrance Exam 2014 and for candidates from unreserved category must score 40% in KCET Medical Entrance Exam 2014.

From 2020-2021 session onwards, there shall be only one entrance exam for admission to MBBS course and that is NEET
Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place now.
So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
