KEAM Medical 2016 Result: The result of KEAM Medical 2016 has been declared on June 1 by the exam conducting authority, i.e. Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Government of Kerala. The KEAM Medical result 2016 has been declared in the form of marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination. According to the KEAM Medical 2016 cut off marks as declared by the exam conducting authority, CEE, the minimum marks required for a general category candidates is 50% , whereas 40% marks are required for SEBC/SC/ST candidates in order to qualify KEAM Medical 2016 exam to get admission in MBBS and BDS programmes.


Based on KEAM Medical 2016 Cutoff,  the exam conducting authority i.e. CEE has prepared a merit list for all the qualified candidates. Based on the combined merit list for all categories MBBS and BDS counselling will be conducted.

KEAM Medical result 2016 will be declared soon for providing admissions to 1,895 MBBS seats in 9 Government, 1 Government controlled self –financing and 14 Private Self-Financing Medical Colleges of Kerala.  Apart from it, there are 840 BDS seats in 4 Government, 1 Government Controlled Self-financing and 16 Private Self-financing Dental colleges of Kerala.


KEAM Medical 2016 will continue to be gateway for admission to state medical colleges in the admission year 2016. The exam, which earlier stood cancelled as per the Supreme Court order on May 9, 2016, again comes into effect after the Centre brought an ordinance on NEET, which put state entrance tests out of NEET ambit for 2016 admission year. However, NEET phase 2, applicable for admissions to 15 per cent all India quota in government colleges; and private and deemed institutions, is still open for all.  Read important articles on NEET 2016 from the links given below.

Hello there!
Since , there will be no more aiims ug now  and admission in aiims will be on the basis of neet , so now students need to check their eligibility for neet exam , to be eligible for Neet, candidates  need to have completed  10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with percentage;UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% ; percentage here is for pcb aggregate and there's no maximum age limit but minimum age limit is 17 years. You need to pass all the subjects in your 12th and then score the minimum required aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For being eligible in NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.


now for all medical entrance neet is the only exam so are they going to give evn assertion reasoning in the paper like aiims or Will they increase the standard of asking questions how should I prepare ! for 2020

Dear Sucherita, now NEET will be the only entrance exam even for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER, . The general exam pattern will continue. NEET will have 180 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions each from Biology. here is the some tips you can follow to prepare for neet

you should do is to make a proper study plan. A proper time table according to which you

You should at least attempt one mock test daily as it will help you in analysing your

Dear Dujata, now there is no upper age limit for NEET. There is also no cap on no.of attempts. If you have completed your 10+2 and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemitry and Biology, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. For the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.


  • Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
  • No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible
