Kerala MBBS Application Form 2019 - The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has reopened the Kerala MBBS 2019 application form for the candidates who had completed the first phase of to fill their NEET scores. Qualified candidates will be able to fill their NEET scores from June 16, 2019, to June 21, 2019, up to 5:00 PM. Candidates who have qualified NEET but have not filled the Kerala MBBS application form 2019 can submit fresh form between June 16 to June 19, 2019. Such candidates will be required to fill their NEET score from June 20 to June 21, 2019, up to 3:00 PM. Candidates are required to use their login credentials created at the time of registration to fill the NEET scores. Candidates can check the details of the application process in the article below. Through this one-time correction facility, candidates can make changes in their application form of Kerala MBBS 2019 till March 7, 2019. The last date of filling the application form was extended from February 28 to March 4, 2019. Candidates who wish to take admission to medical and dental colleges in Kerala under 85% state quota seats are required to qualify NEET exam and fill Kerala MBBS application form 2019 phase one before the last date.   • In terms of age limit and education qualification, the rules of NEET 2019 will be followed.

  • Candidates are required to show documents while filling the application form related to domicile. To apply for Kerala MBBS BDS admission for State Quota seats, candidates must be of Kerala origin.

How to fill Kerala MBBS BDS Application Form?

The application process for Kerala MBBS admission is a six-step process. Candidates who are eligible to apply for Kerala MBBS admission can check the detailed procedure to fill Kerala MBBS BDS application form 2019.

Step 1: Registration

The link to fill Kerala MBBS application form will be made available here as and when it is released. After clicking on the link, candidates will be redirected to the declaration page. Click on the ‘Proceed for Registration’ button. On the registration page, fill the fields like applicant’s name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, choose a password, and copy the access code as displayed on the screen. Click on ‘Register’.


After the submission of details, the ‘Confirmation of Registration’ page will be displayed. Two options will be provided on this page to edit the information or confirm whether the information entered is correct.


Post the confirmation, the Kerala MBBS application number will be displayed on the screen and proceed to the next step.


Step 2: Fill Kerala MBBS Application Form 2019

  • In a first, candidates need to select the course in which they seek to admission. In this case, candidates must select MBBS and BDS course.


  • Enter the communication details like permanent address and a communication address.


  • Now, enter academic details pertaining to Class 12 like subject details, board.


  • In the next step, candidates will be required to enter details related to communal reservation whether candidates claiming a special reservation quota or PwD quota. Also, details related to income certificate needs the entered in this step as given in the screenshot below.




  • Now, sign the declaration and confirm that the details submitted are correct. Applicants will be provided with an edit option, in case, they need to change information submitted.


Step 3: Pay Application Fee

Kerala MBBS application form fee is INR 500/- for general category candidates and INR 200/- for SC category candidates. ST candidates are exempted from paying the Kerala MBBS application fee and those who do not come under SC or ST category will be considered under general category. The fee can be via offline or online mode i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/e challan.

Candidates who are paying through an online medium then after the payment, the payment confirmation page will be displayed on the screen and payment tab in KEAM 2019 portal will turn green in the case of the successful transaction.

If candidates are making through e challan, then the challan will be generated after the submission of Kerala MBBS 2019 application form. The e-challan should be deposited to a post office in Kerala along with the requisite fee. After the payment successfully gets remitted to CEE, the payment tab in KEAM MBBS 2019 candidate portal will turn green. Candidates should login to check the payment status. In case the tab doesn’t turn green, candidates should contact the post office concerned and ask for payment status.


Step 4: Upload Documents

In this step, candidates need to upload documents i.e. photograph, signature and left-thumb impression as per the specifications given in the table above. After uploading all the documents, sign the declaration and click on the ‘Upload Images’ button. Aspirants will also be required to upload the list of other documents which are displayed in the screenshot below.



Step 5: Print the Kerala MBBS application form 2019

Candidates should take the printout of the main page of the Kerala MBBS 2019 application form. Now, affix a recent passport size photograph on it and get it attested by either a Gazetted officer or the head of the institution last attended.


Step 6: Print the confirmation page

Once the application procedure is complete, a candidate must take the print out of the confirmation page that appears on the screen after the payment of application fee.

Kerala MBBS Application Form 2019 - Salient Features

  • The process of Kerala MBBS 2019 application process will be considered once the documents are received by CEE.

  • Candidates who will fill the Kerala MBBS application form in the second phase need to upload the documents online.

  • The time period of the second phase of Kerala MBBS 2019 application form availability will be shorter than the first phase.

  • The photo affixed on the application form of Kerala MBBS 2019 must be identical with the one uploaded online.

Kerala MBBS Application form 2019 - Correction window facility

A new facility of correction window has been provided to the candidates who have filled the Kerala MBBS 2019 application form, phase one. Aspirants could make changes in their application form until March 7, 2019. If a candidate has not uploaded the photograph and the image of the signature, through the correction facility the images can also be uploaded. The official notice specifies that the correction facility is a one-time opportunity and thus it is advisable to make all the necessary edits in the application form before the stipulated time. Candidates are required to use their login credentials to make changes in their application form. Candidates can make changes in the following fields in the application form :

  • Payment of application form
  • Uploading of photograph
  • Uploading of Signature
  • Registered mobile number
  • Email address.

Class 10th boards marks is not required for the admission.

Neet Application Form only ask your board roll number of class 10th . But Class 12th marks matters. You should get above 75% in class 12th so that no difficulty happens in admission.

It depends, whether you are going through State Quota or AIQ plus your reservation category (if any).

In General, you will have to score 550+ for State quota seats and 590 for AIQ.

You can get some relaxation if you have any reservation category.

  • You must carry all original documents and clear photocopies to the counselling.
  • Admit card of NEET.
  • Result/Rank card of NEET 2020.
  • Marksheet and Certificate of both class 10 and class 12.
  • 8 passport size photographs which is same one attached to application form of NEET.
  • Seat Allotment letter of NEET.
  • Proof of identity like PAN card or Aadhar card or  Driving License or Passport.
  • Category Certificate if required.

To get admission in government medical college you have to answer entrance exam. In order to qualify NEET candidate in General category should secure minimum 50% percentile, ST/SC/OBC the minimum cut off score is 40% percentile.
