Kerala PG Medical 2016 Application Form-  The Application Forms of Kerala PG Medical 2016 has released from December 14, 2015.  Application Forms of Kerala PG Medical 2016 are  available in the online mode only. Candidates who wish to apply for Kerala PG Medical 2016 admissions are advised to read the below mentioned procedure to fill up the online application forms and procedure of payment of fees. Kerala PG Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on January 31, 2016.

The online application form Kerala PG Medical 2016 has released from December 14, 2015. The duly filled online application form must be submitted on or before the last date, i.e. December 28, 2015.

According to Kerala PG Medical 2016 Eligibility Criteria, only those candidates are eligible to appear in Kerala MD/MS 2016 programme who have studied MBBS programme from a University recognized by the Medical Council of India.


Step wise procedure of filling Kerala PG Medical 2016 Online Application Form:

  • Candidates have to click on the above mentioned link to fill in the online application form of Kerala PG Medical 2016

  • After clicking on the given link, candidates have to click on the tab called as 'Candidates Registration'

Candidates Registration:

  • Candidates have to register themselves to get a system generated Application Number

  • During the registration process, candidates have to provide the basic information and should also create a password

  • Candidates are advised to keep the application number and password safe

Candidate’s Login:

  • Candidates are required to login on the website by providing their application number and password

  • After loggin in, they have to click on the tab called as “Online Application form of PG Medical 2016

Important guidelines:

  • Candidates have to fill up the application form in the online mode only

  • Firstly, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of their photograph

  • The photograph should be in light coloured background in jpeg format between 15 kb to 30 kb of size

  • Resolution of the photograph should be of 150 x 200 pixels of resolution

  • After successfully uploading the photograph, candidates are required to fill in the personal and education details

  • After filling up all the necessary details, candidates are advised to carefully read the declaration given at the bottom of the application form

  • The declaration is meant to state that all the entries made by the candidate in the application form are true and genuine up to his knowledge

  • After reading the declaration, candidates have to click on the “SUBMIT” button

  • After clicking on the submit button, the screen will show candidates to tabs, One for Confirm and other for Edit

  • If candidate needs to edit the above furnished details, he/she can click on the edit button

  • If all the details furnished are corrects, candidates have to click on the Confirm button

  • If once the confirm button is clicked, candidates cannot edit the details any further

  • After clicking on the confirm button, candidates will be redirected to the home page wherein facility of printing his/her application will be given and format of the required documents will be given such as Nativity Certificate, Community Certificate, Challan etc

  • Candidates are now, advised to take the print out of the application form

  • Candidates have to fix the photograph in the print out of the application form

Application Fee:

For General Quota and Service Quota candidates: Rs.1000

For SC/ST candidates: Rs 500

Service Quota candidates seeking admission in General Quota have to pay extra Rs.1000 

  • Candidates can remit the application fee amount either by selecting any one of the following option:
  • Online payment: Candidates can use Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card for online payment option
  • E-Challan: Candidates who wants to use the E-Challan method can remit the required fee at any branch of State Bank of Travancore
  • Demand Draft: Candidates can attach a demand draft made in favour of Commissioner of Entrance Examination, drawn on any Nationalized Bank, payable at Thiruvananthapuram

The Bank Challan/Demand Draft in original has to be sent along with the application form. In the print out of the application, candidates have to write the below mentioned details:

  • Bank Challan/Demand Draft number, date of payment, amount and brank name of the bank

  • Sign wherever asked in the application form

  • Affix left hand thumb impression in the space provided

Candidates are required to send the application form with all the relevant documents by registered post on the below mentioned address on or before December 28, 2015.

Kerala Post Graduate Medical 2016  is a pre requisite entrance exam conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Government of Kerala for admissions to MD/MS programme in state of Kerala. Kerala PG 2016 will provide admissions to 259 seats in PG Degree courses and 78 PG Diploma courses in Government Medical colleges of the state.

Hello dear student,

It should not cause any problem because they have pasted your photo above it and also put the official stamp over it . Until something is not right nobody can put their stamp over it but there must be some signing authority so I would suggest you to attest your form from them . Otherwise having stamp is also says your form is attested. So I don't think so that should cause any problem .

do we need to submit/ upload ews certi during registration?

No , for filling the neet pg application fee you don't need to upload your ews certificate or your caste certificate but yes it will be checked during counselling so if you don't have ews certificate get it made before the neet pg counselling, actually only three documents are there which needs to be uploaded while filling neet pg application form which are listed below :-

  • Passport size photograph
  • Signature
  • Left-hand thumb impression

You should follow below steps to fill the neet pg application form :-

  • First do the NEET PG online registration
  • Then fill  the NEET PG application form
  • Now select NEET PG exam city
  • Uploading of images of your photo, sign and thumbprint
  • Do the payment of NEET PG application fee
  • Take the printout of confirmation page

I belonged to creamy layer obc, and i have selected obc as category in neet pg 2020,. Is it okay to be given and if not how do i change it?Please help......

Unfortunately, you cannot change your Category even during the correction window. You may have to re-register with a new email id, mobile no# and fill in the application form again. This means a new payment altogether. But to be clear on this, can you please write to the helpdesk at: [email protected]  to clarify with them if OBC Creamy layer comes under General Category?


EWS certificate for neet pg is applicable for foreign medical graduate!!?? Can they apply in this category?

EWS reservation can be availed by all Indian Citizens who fulfil the eligibility criteria. The eligibility rule states that a Candidate who belongs to General Category and doesn't claim reservation benefits of other Categories like OBC,SC,ST and whose annual income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum can avail this reservation. So in other words, you should belong to General Category and then your family income should be less than 8 lakhs per annum. If you fulfil this criteria, though you have studied Medicine abroad and want to study your Masters here in India, you can avail this reservation

No, once you submit the form you cannot make any changes in the correction window except Dte of birth and category.No other things can be changed.
As you Said the mistake is of exam center. You should visit the state you have choosed for examination. There's no other option you have.
