The online application form Kerala PG Medical 2016 has released from December 14, 2015. The duly filled online application form must be submitted on or before the last date, i.e. December 28, 2015.

According to Kerala PG Medical 2016 Eligibility Criteria, only those candidates are eligible to appear in Kerala MD/MS 2016 programme who have studied MBBS programme from a University recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Step wise procedure of filling Kerala PG Medical 2016 Online Application Form:
Candidates have to click on the above mentioned link to fill in the online application form of Kerala PG Medical 2016
After clicking on the given link, candidates have to click on the tab called as 'Candidates Registration'
Candidates have to register themselves to get a system generated Application Number
During the registration process, candidates have to provide the basic information and should also create a password
Candidates are advised to keep the application number and password safe
Candidates are required to login on the website by providing their application number and password
After loggin in, they have to click on the tab called as “Online Application form of PG Medical 2016
Candidates have to fill up the application form in the online mode only
Firstly, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of their photograph
The photograph should be in light coloured background in jpeg format between 15 kb to 30 kb of size
Resolution of the photograph should be of 150 x 200 pixels of resolution
After successfully uploading the photograph, candidates are required to fill in the personal and education details
After filling up all the necessary details, candidates are advised to carefully read the declaration given at the bottom of the application form
The declaration is meant to state that all the entries made by the candidate in the application form are true and genuine up to his knowledge
After reading the declaration, candidates have to click on the “SUBMIT” button
After clicking on the submit button, the screen will show candidates to tabs, One for Confirm and other for Edit
If candidate needs to edit the above furnished details, he/she can click on the edit button
If all the details furnished are corrects, candidates have to click on the Confirm button
If once the confirm button is clicked, candidates cannot edit the details any further
After clicking on the confirm button, candidates will be redirected to the home page wherein facility of printing his/her application will be given and format of the required documents will be given such as Nativity Certificate, Community Certificate, Challan etc
Candidates are now, advised to take the print out of the application form
Candidates have to fix the photograph in the print out of the application form
For General Quota and Service Quota candidates: Rs.1000
For SC/ST candidates: Rs 500
Service Quota candidates seeking admission in General Quota have to pay extra Rs.1000
The Bank Challan/Demand Draft in original has to be sent along with the application form. In the print out of the application, candidates have to write the below mentioned details:
Bank Challan/Demand Draft number, date of payment, amount and brank name of the bank
Sign wherever asked in the application form
Affix left hand thumb impression in the space provided
Candidates are required to send the application form with all the relevant documents by registered post on the below mentioned address on or before December 28, 2015.

It should not cause any problem because they have pasted your photo above it and also put the official stamp over it . Until something is not right nobody can put their stamp over it but there must be some signing authority so I would suggest you to attest your form from them . Otherwise having stamp is also says your form is attested. So I don't think so that should cause any problem .
