KIITEE Medical 2014 Online Entrance Exam is scheduled to be held from April 26, 2014 to April 29, 2014. Candidates have to appear for a computer based test which shall contain 45 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The KIITEE Medical 2014 Online Entrance Exam will be conducted in English medium.
The duration of test is 180 minutes, on completion of time limit the KIITEEUG Medical 2014 Online Entrance Exam will automatically stop accepting answers given from candidates.
Syllabus for KIITEEUG Medical 2014 Exam shall have nearly 50% of MCQs from pre and para clinical subjects and remaining from the PCB section.
Marking Scheme: Four marks will be awarded on each correct answer and one marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Important topics in Physics: introduction and measurement, description of motion in one dimension, description of motion in two and three dimensions, laws of motion, work, energy and power, Rotational Motion, gravitation, heat and thermodynamics, electrostatics, oscillations, current electricity, waves, thermal and chemical effects of currents, magnetic effect of currents, electromagnetic induction and alternating currents.
Important topics in Chemistry: basic concepts in chemistry, states of matter, atomic structure, equilibrium in physical and chemical processes, chemical energetic, redox reactions, solid state chemistry, chemical bonding, chemical thermodynamics, surface chemistry, electrochemistry, s-block elements, general principles and processes of isolation of elements.
Important topics in Biology (Zoology+Botany): diversity in living world, genetics and evolution, the unit of life ; structure and function, structure and function – plants, reproduction, growth and movement in plants, reproduction and development in humans, ecology and environment, structure and function – animals, biology and human welfare, biotechnology and its applications.

According to last year statistics, a home-general candidate get into Maulana Azad Medical College with around 586 marks in NEET-UG. However, these trends are subjected to change over the years. For General candidate 580+ marks are needed to ensure a seat in MAMC. For OBC you might expect the bracket to go down by 5-10 marks. The opening and closing AIR for OBC last year was 32 and 112 respectively.
However, this year with the inclusion of AIIMS and JIPMER, there may be some changes in the required marks. Try for

Dear Jonathan, we do not have 2019 data yet. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, 440 marks secured a seat in Stanley Medical College under General Category. As mentioned, this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, on an average the cut offs increased by 60-75 marks. Now Tamilnadu is planning on starting atleast 6 new Medical Colleges this year. With the availability of the seats, the cut offs might decrease. Having said to get a seat in Stanley Medical College, you should aim for nothing less 550-580.
