MGM PG CET 2015 Exam Pattern: The national level exam will tentatively be held in mid week of January 2015 in paper pencil format. The exam conducting body MGM Institute of Health Sciences conducts the exam once in year for admissions to MD and MS post graduate medical courses. Intake capacity for three years duration MD and MS course is 60 and 18 respectively. Selected candidates as per their rank and college preferred  will pursue the PG course at any one the two MGM Institute of Medical Colleges located in Navi Mumbai and Aurangabad.

Important Features of MGM PG CET 2015 Exam Pattern

 

Medium: MGM PG CET 2015 exam paper shall be conducted in English medium.

Duration: Candidates shall be allowed three hours (3 hours) time duration to take the MGM PG CET 2015 Exam.

Pattern: MGM PG CET 2015 Exam shall comprise of 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options. Candidates need to darken the one best response among the four options provided.

 

Marking Scheme: Each correct responded answer will be awarded one mark. However no negative marking is applicable for wrong answers.

 

Syllabus: The questions will be based on subjects covered in MBBS course. The list provides tentative topics and number of questions that can be asked in the exam-

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

is any minimum markes in mbbs criteria for neet pg 2020?

Greetings!

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.

How many attempts are allowed for NEET PG exams?

Dear Priya, there is no upper age limit for appearing for NEET PG and also there is no cap on the number of times one can appear for NEET PG. As long as you fulfil the eligibility crtieria, you are eligible to appear for NEET PG. Having said that, with amendments to NMC Bill, in the next 3 years, NEET PG may be scrapped. Until then, NEET PG will be the entrance exam for admission to MD/MS courses.
