MH CET Medical 2016 will continue to be gateway for admission to state medical colleges in the admission year 2016. The exam, which earlier stood cancelled as per the Supreme Court order on May 9, 2016, again comes into effect after the Centre brought an ordinance on NEET, which put state entrance tests out of NEET ambit for 2016 admission year. However, NEET phase 2, applicable for admissions to 15 per cent all India quota in government colleges; and private and deemed institutions, is still open for all. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Medical, commonly known as MH CET Medical is a state level entrance exam conducted annually by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), the exam conducting authority. MH CET Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted in the month of May, 2016 for providing admissions to as many as 3010 MBBS and BDS seats in 30 Government/Municipal Corporation, Government aided Health Sciences Institutes and Private Medical Health Sciences Institutes/Colleges.
Candidates appearing in MH CET Medical 2016 can check below for the sample paper and last year’s question paper of MH CET Medical. The entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted in the month of May, 2016 in a pen and paper based mode. As per the exam pattern, MH CET Medical 2016 will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. There will be a total of 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry subject, whereas, Biology subject will consist of 100 questions. Each correct question will consist of one mark. There will be no system of negative marking.

The result of MH CET Medical 2016 will only be released for the candidates who will qualify the entrance exam. The result of MH CET Medical 2016 will be released tentatively in the month of June, 2016 by the exam conducting authority, i.e. Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER). The result will depend upon the various factors such as number of applicants, number of seats, exam syllabus, difficulty level of the entrance test etc.
The counselling of MH CET Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June, 2016. The counselling will be conducted in an offline mode at various designated centers for seat selection in MBBS and BDS programmes. Candidates must note that the counselling will be strictly based on the merit list released by the exam conducting authority.

As per the age criteria for NEET, candidates need to attain 17 years by 31st December of that appearing year, so yes you can appear for NEET based on this.
You also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria as mentioned below;
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
PCB aggregate against each category as mentioned below should be attained;
- UR - 50%,
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
- PWD - 45%

I got 164/300 in PCB , I am from obc category. I am pass in all subjects and english is my core subject physics- Theory-23 practicle-28 chem- T-23 p-28 bio- T-34 P-28 my score is less in theory than practicles in physics and chemistry.. Is I am eligible for NEET??? And for colleges like Aiims?
if we get 59 percentage in board examination then we are prepare neet
Actually your overall % obtained in class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility , only your aggregate in PCB is considered
And you have not mentioned your aggregate in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology .
Neet eligibility criteria says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
If you fulfil this criteria then only you are eligible for NEET
