MH PGM PGD CET 2015 - Maharashtra PGM PGD CET 2015 is state level entrance exam conducted for admission to Post Graduate and Diploma courses in 27 Medical Colleges/ Institutes of Maharashtra. Examination authority, Directorate Medical Education and Research (DMER), Mumbai will conduct MH PGM PGD CET 2015 on January 4, 2015 for admission to medical postgraduate courses at the State Government Medical Colleges, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Medical Colleges, Central Government Institutions like Tata Memorial Hospital and all other Private Medical Colleges/Institutions who opt for admission to PG courses through MG PGM PGD CET 2015.

Admission to 50% of state quota PG Degree/Diploma seats will be done through MH PGM PGD CET 2015 score. The reaming 50% seats will be filled through All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination 2015 (AIPGMEE).

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Eligibility: Important Highlights of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Eligibility Criteria are given below:

  • Candidate must be an Indian National. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Non Resident Indians (NRI)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are not eligible for MH PGM PGD CET 2015
  • Applicants must have completed the rotating internship or those who are in process must complete it by March 31, 2015 from a recognized medical college
  • Candidate should have obtained registration either from the Medical Council of India or Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) will be eligible to appear for MH PGM PGD CET 2015. Candidates who have pass MBBS examination from foreign University are not eligible for the exam
  • Candidates who have passed postgraduate diploma course will be eligible for MH PGM PGD CET 2015 for admission to postgraduate degree registration in the same subject only

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Exam Pattern: MH PGM CET 2015 exam will be a pen and paper based test. The exam will be based on the syllabus prescribed by examination authority DMER. Read important points of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Exam Pattern given below:

  • MH PGM CET 2015 will be conducted on January 4, 2015 in morning session in the examination hall after 10.00 a.m. for any reason whatsoever
  • The MH PGM CET 2015 entrance exam will be conducted in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Aurangabad Centers
  • Examination will be conducted in English Medium for 3 hours and 30 minutes
  • MH PGM PGD CET 2015 question booklet will have 300 multiple choice questions (MCQs)
  • Each correct answer candidates will get 1 mark and there shall be no negative marking for wrong answer

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Application Procedure: The application procedure of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 session will begin tentatively in second week of November, 2014. Candidates must note that MH PGM PGD CET 2015 application must be submitted online on before the due date. Aspirants must fill all the relevant and mandatory fields given in the MH PGM CET 2015 application form as per the given guidelines. The cost of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 application fee is Rs. 2500 + Rs. 60 (bank charge) which can be paid through bank Challan. The fee can be submitted from second working day onwards, from the day of Printing Challan. After submitting Challan candidates must obtain copy of challan copy indicating their Journal ID/Transaction ID. Same details will be also mailed to candidate on their registered E-mail ID.

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Admit Card: The admit card of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 will be available online only and will not be sent by post. The MH PGM PGD CET 2015 admits card will be available to download tentatively from Second Week of December, 2015.

 

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Result: The examination authority shall declare the provisional result/marks scored by candidates of PGM/PGD CET tentatively in First Week of March 2015. Candidates can download the copy of provisional result/marks from DMER website. The Final state merit list will be generated after verification of marks and document.

 

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Merit List: The merit list of MH PGM PGD CET 2015 will be based on the candidates score in the entrance exam. MH PGM PGD CET 2015 merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who will secure the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. The minimum percentage of marks to qualify MH PGM PGD CET 2015 is 50% for General Merit candidates and 40% for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes (All India) and Other Backward Classes. Persons with Disability (PWD) from General category must secure not less than 45% Marks at MH PGM CET 2015.

 

MH PGM PGD CET 2015 Counselling: Allotment of post graduate Medical and Dental seats to eligible candidates will be done through online preference form filled by qualified candidates. Medical or Dental courses and colleges allotted to candidates solely on the basis of merit list. Candidates are advised to join the medical or dental colleges allotted to their respective on before the stipulated dates otherwise their candidature will be cancelled.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.
