Candidates, who have quaulified the MP DMAT 2015 as per the result announced on October 9, 2015 are eligible to appear in the counseling process. Candidates are required to reach the designated venue at 09:00 AM for the registration process in oder to partcipate in the Counselling procedure of MP DMAT 2015. MP DMAT, commonly known as Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test is conducted Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh for admission to undergraduate program in Bachelor’s of Medicine and Bachelor’s of Surgery (MBBS), and Bachelor’s of Dental Studies (BDS).

The exam conducting authority will also release the deatils of rank of the candidates who have to undergo the offline counselling process of MP DMAT 2015
List of the documents to be brought in original at the time of counselling are mentioned below:
High School certificate as proof of date of birth
Mark sheet of the qualifying examination
Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination
Recent Character certificate from the school/college last attended.
Transfer Certificate / School leaving certificate.
Migration Certificate. (if applicable)*
Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
Category and (or) Sub-Category Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
Admit Card of MP DMAT – 2015-
Six passport size photographs
The candidate shall be required to complete the admission formalities including deposition of the required fees on or before the date specified in the Counselling time table. Those who fail to complete the formalities and do not deposit their fees on the mentioned date will lose their claim for admission in the said programme.
All admissions are subject to verification of authenticity of the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the admission committee regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final.

Dear aspirant, you don't need any domicile certificate for applying to 85% STATE QUOTA. As per the rules any student who has completed 10th and 12th from UP will not be required to provide domicile certificate during counselling.
Your 10th and 12th marksheet are proof that you are permanent resident of this state so there's no need to provide domicile certificate.

Yes. According to the new criteria all students who want to appear for MBBS have to appear for NEET and there will be no separate tests for AIIMS and JIPMER. Admission in both the Institutions will be on the baiss of NEET score only. So the news you have heard is absolutely true.
