As per the expert, Dr Aseem Dewan, Director (PG Division), Aakash institute, the difficulty level of NEET PG 2021 was easy even though the number of questions was reduced to 200. Questions asked in the NEET PG 2021 question paper were scoring and answerable and no multiple correct or match the following pattern of questions were asked. Many questions were from high yield expected topics like optic pathway lesions (ophthalmology), leprosy, STD and immunobullous disorders (dermatology), vitamin deficiency (biochemistry) and waste disposal (PSM).
40% of questions were asked from the Mixture of clinical 40%),20% questions were image-based (20%) and 40% questions in NEET PG 2021 paper were one-liner factual questions. What's surprising was that not a single question was asked related to COVID-19. The High yield subjects that formed a major bulk of the NEET PG 2021 question paper were Medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, PSM.
As per the expert "Direct repeat questions were less than 5 per cent. Instead of focusing on rare syndromes and complex clinical scenario-based questions, students who had knowledge of simple facts and who could apply basic concepts will definitely crack the exam."
NEET PG 2021 Exam Analysis By Career Xpert
Mr. Gaurav Tyagi, the founder of Career Xpert said that the difficulty level lies between easy to moderate. Questions were scoring and there were no match the following pattern of questions or even multiple correct. Whereas the cutoff is likely to be higher than the previous year's cutoff of NEET. Out of the 200 questions, 100 were easy, 40-50 were moderate and the remaining 40-50 were tricky as well as time consuming due to lengthiness.
According to the expert, "The NEET PG exam consisted of clinical and comprehensive questions. If a candidate manages to do 130-140 question out of the 200, he/she is likely to reserve a seat in the government college in all India quota or state quota." The expected qualified marks for this year are 240-260.
How to calculate score using NEET PG 2021 answer key?
Using the NEET PG answer key, candidates can calculate the probable marks to obtain in the exam. The answer key of NEET PG 2021 will help aspirants to match the answer marked in the responses. Aspirants can use the NEET PG marking scheme to calculate the expected scores.

No marks will be awared or deducted for not attempting a question
The total number of questions in the NEET PG 2021 exam will be 200. The question paper will be of 800 marks. With NEET PG 2021 answer key, if released, candidates can calculate their score out of 1200 following the above given marking scheme. Candidates can use the below-mentioned formula to calculate the NEET PG expected scores.

NEET PG Answer Key 2021 - Non Disclosure Agreement
In accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement of NBE, the question paper of NEET PG is proprietary of the conducting body and the content of the same cannot be shared publicly. Therefore, NBE strictly prohibits candidates from republishing the content of NEET PG question paper. This implies the NEET PG answer key cannot be revealed as the question paper comes under the non-disclosure agreement. Candidates registering for NEET PG or appearing for the exam agrees to the Non-Disclosure Agreement of NEET PG 2021.
What after NEET PG 2021 Answer Key?
If the answer key of NEET PG 2021 by coaching centre is released, NBE will announce NEET PG result in the last week of September 2021. NEET PG result 2021 will be released in PDF format mentioning roll number, All India Rank (AIR), marks obtained (out of 800) and qualifying status. Candidates who will secure the minimum NEET PG cutoff percentile as specified by the NBE will pass the entrance examination.

I got 250marks in neet pg in 2021...which colleges I may get for medical seat with low fee
The answer is quite disappointing as 400 + is understand as a good score for securing seats in private or government medical colleges. Even for reserved categories SC ST OBC cutoff scores for the year 2020 was 319.

There are many specializations which you can get. The specialization offered in India through neet pg is anesthesia, radiotherapy, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, psychiatry, dermatology, general medicine, pediatrics , opthalmology, ENT, preventive and social medicine, pharmacology, microbiology, forensic medicine.
600 is a decent score. You might get M.S ENT in govt college. However, this may change depending on the cutoff and various factors.
