In its information brochure NBE details all the requirements to fulfil the eligibility criteria of NEET PG. The requirements are listed separately for All India Quota (AIQ) 50% seats, Foreing Medical Graduates (FMG), Foreign Nationals (FN) and also common requirements for all.

Qualification - Medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate
Certificate of Registration - Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)
Internship - As per the eligibility criteria of NEET PG candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020
Mentioned-below is the criteria that has to be fulfilled by candidates in order to be eligible for AIQ 50% seats.
In accordance with NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria, medical graduates belonging from the state of Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for AIQ 50% seats.
Only those candidates from J&K who have been nominated by the Government of India, under central pool seats, for pursuing MBBS from medical colleges in Jammu & Kashmir will be eligible for AIQ 50% seats. These candidates have to submit a duly signed affidavit which declare that they have been nominated by the Government of India under the above-mentioned category. This affidavit has to be sent to the following address along with a printout of acknowledgement of NEET PG 2020 application form latest by November 30, 2019 in order to fulfil the eligibility criteria of NEET PG

NBE has declared the below-mentioned NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for those Indian citizens or Overseas citizens who have pursued their Primary Medical Qualifications from Medical colleges that are outside India territory.
FMG candidates have to mandatorily pass NBE conducted Forieng Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) (Screening Test).
Medical graduates from foreign must be registered with MCI/SMC
The internship requirement for FMG candidates, as per eligibility criteria of NEET PG, is the same as mentioned above for overall candidates
On the day of conduction of NEET PG 2020, FMG candidates are required to bring along their FMGE Pass Certificate issued by NBE
Foreing nationals have to fulfil the below-mentioned NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria if they wish to appear for the entrance examination
Since the year 2019 it is no more mandatory for Foreign Nationals to be registered with MCI while writing NEET PG 2020
MCI nay provide temporary registration to candidates, in case they pay the registration fee. According to eligibility criteria of NEET PG, this registration will be provided only for the PostGraduate course duration and will be limited to the medical college/institution in which the candidate has taken admission exclusively for pursuance of postgraduate studies
For temporary registration it is mandatory that the Foreign Nationals be registered with the competent registering authority of their country
Apart from the criteria for eligibility mentioned above there are some points that medical graduates need to know to avoid cancellation of candidature. These important points are mentioned-below
Those medical graduates who are found to be ineligible at any stage of the entrance exam or NEET PG counselling 2020 will get their candidature cancelled then and there. If the candidate’s ineligibility comes to the notice of the authorities after the selection of candidates the result of such candidate shall be cancelled
The one year internship must be completed in the stipulated time as request for extension in time period will not be entertained by the authorities under any circumstances

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.
