NEET PG 2019 Exam Day Guidelines - The National Board of Examinations (NBE), the exam conducting body of NEET PG 2019, specified some important exam day guidelines of NEET PG 2019. NEET PG exam day guidelines indicate the do's and don’ts to be followed by candidates appearing for NEET PG 2019 exam. NEET PG 2019 will be held on January 6,  in 148 exam cities across the country in a single session. NEET PG 2019 Exam Day Guidelines – Do's and Don’ts


Things to Carry to NEET PG Exam Centre

NEET PG 2019 will be held in a single session for all the aspirants on January 6, 2019. Candidates will be required to report to the exam centre of NEET PG 2019 by 1.30 PM, i.e. two hours prior to the commencement of NEET PG exam, with the following documents:

  • NEET PG Admit Card 2019 – Print-out of NEET PG 2019 Admit card with latest passport size photograph affixed in the space provided in NEET PG admit card. Given in the table on this page are the specifications of the photograph which must be kept in mind.

  • SMC/MCI Registration Certifcate– Candidates are required to bring an original and a photocopy of SMC/MCI registration certificate to the allotted exam centre. The original copies will be checked at the time of security check and photocopy of the same will be retained by NEET PG 2019 exam conducting authorities.

In case a candidate who obtained a primary medical qualification from outside India doesn’t have SMC/MCI registration, then s/he will be required to bring the passing certificate of original screening test issued on the letterhead of NBE.

  • A Valid Photo ID Proof– Candidates of NEET PG 2019 will also be required to bring the original copy of any one of the following mentioned photo-ID proofs to the exam centre.

    PAN Card, or

    Driving License, or

    Voter ID Card, or

    Passport, or

    Aadhar Card (with photograph)*

*In case a candidate is carrying e-Aadhar to the exam centre of NEET PG 2019, then as per NEET PG exam day guidelines 2019, s/he is advised that s/he must ensure that e-Aadhar card with Aadhar number is taken as a good quality coloured print-out.

Candidates also have to ensure that the name and details mentioned in photo ID matches with the details in NEET PG 2019 admit card. If there are any differences, one is advised to bring relevant documents to show the change of details.

  • The image should be of 35X45mm.

  • The caption at bottom mentioning the name of candidate and date of taking photograph.

  • White Background.


Things NOT to Carry to NEET PG Exam Centre 

Candidates are advised to not bring any of the articles mentioned below. No arrangements will be made at NEET PG 2019 exam centre for keeping any of these articles.

  • Any stationery item like the pen, paper, writing pad, pen drive, eraser, etc.

  • Any electronic device like mobile phones, tablet, calculator, watch, Bluetooth, etc.

  • Ornaments like ring, earing, chain, bangles, etc.

  • Items like wallets, belt, goggles, etc.

  • Any eatable item is not allowed.


NEET PG 2019 Exam Day Guidelines – When To Reach?


NEET PG 2019 will be a three and a half hour examination which will begin at 3.30 PM sharp. Candidates will be required to report at the allotted exam centre of NEET PG 2019 by 1.30 PM to complete all the necessary procedures pertaining to security checks including taking of digital image, left-thumb impression, etc. Candidates will be advised to note that NO candidate, under any circumstances, will be given entry in NEET PG exam centre after 3.00 PM.
