NEET PG Exam Pattern 2020 - Medical graduates who wish to appear for postgraduate medical entrance examination should be familiar with NEET PG 2020 exam pattern. National Board of Education (NBE) will be conducting NEET PG entrance exam nationwide in the first week of January. The exam pattern of NEET PG includes details like mode of exam, number of questions, timings, syllabus, etc. to help candidates understand the pattern of the entrance exam. NBE will release the information brochure for NEET PG 2020 in the first week of November, this will include all important details pertaining to the entrance exam. NEET PG is conducted once a year in online mode for admission to medical colleges across the nation.

Exam Date and Mode - NBE will be conducting NEET PG 2020 in the first week of January (tentatively) in computer based mode.
Language of Exam - The exam will be conducted in English language
Duration of Exam - Candidates will be allotted a total of 3 hours 30 minutes to complete their examination
Types of questions and total marks- NEET PG 2020 will consist of objective type questions and the maximum marks is 1200
Total number of questions - According to the exam pattern of NEET PG there will be a total of 300 questions in the entrance examination which will be divided into three sections

Marking Scheme - Candidates need to note that as per NEET PG exam pattern 2020 there will be negative marking in the examination. Refer to the table below for marking scheme

It is to be noted that the questions marked for review will be evaluated as per NEET PG 2020 marking scheme mentioned above.

Dear Amrita, NEET PG will have 3 sections and the exam will be conducted in online mode. Each section will be Section A with 50 Multiple choice questions, Section B with 100 Multiple choice questions and Section C with 150 Multiple choice questions.
