As per the NEET brochure released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the NEET syllabus is prepared after the review of various state syllabi, and those prepared by CBSE, NCERT, and COBSE. It is major concern.Your name in both marksheet are different and both certificate will be checked during counseling and admission.All you can do is go with name mentioned in 12th marksheet.But your DOB must be same as per 10th marksheet..10th marksheet is for DOB purpose..

Yes, According to the criteria mentioned by NTA, (s)he can definitely appear for NEET 2020. As (s)he will be attaining the age of 17 in 2020 and According to the criteria given, All the students whose DOB is on or before 31/12/2003 can fill the form for NEET 2020 and appear for the exam.

Hello dear aspirant,

Since right now you are studying in 12th and will give 12th board exams in coming months therefore your code in neet application form will be 01.
Code 1 says
Candidate those are appearing in class 12th and their results are awaitied in 2020, they are only eligible to get admission in mbbs or bds programme if they qualify in the 10+2 exam with required percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.
