Do cancer patients get any reservation in the NEET ug counselling?

So, with regard to your query, no there is no such reservation to the cancer patients in the NEET UG exam.
The National Testing Agency will release the reservation criteria for the NEET qualifying candidates every year. The reservations for NEET UG exam only includes OBC, SC, ST, EWC and also disability criteria. Among these reservations 27% of the seats will be reserved for OBE, 10% for EWS, 15% for SC and 7.5% for ST category students. Further, 15% of the seats will also be reserved for All India Quota.

I hope you are fine. See , for every competitive exam you have to be determined and consistent to crack that exam. Don't be panic , you still have the time to crack the exam. I will mentioning the points that will help you in your preparation. They are :
- First of all , analyse the whole syllabus and read it thoroughly.
- Mark those concepts and units first that have high weightage .
- Prepare those concepts first that are easy to score.
- Make time table in which give more hours to those topics which are tough for you.
- Revise all the concepts weekly as revision is most important factor.
- Try to solve previous year question papers so that you have an idea of about how the questions will come.
- Give mock tests weekly so you can manage your time according to your exam.
- Take healthy diet and healthy sleep.

I hope that you are doing fine. As per your mentioned query , i would like to tell you that cutoff varies every year . It is depend on the toughness of exams , number of students attempt and so on. But , as we see the previous year cut off then you have to score atleast 550 marks to get government college in Up under OBC category.

As far as your marks is concerned as per the previous year trends for boys you need to score atleast 600 and for girls you need to score atleast 610+. However the dynamics may change due to the below factors. The authorities release the AFMC cut off with the release of the merit list.
There are other factors that needs to be considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
