Odisha MBBS Application Form 2019 - The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell will release the Odisha MBBS 2019 application form in the second week of June. Candidates seeking admission to around 950 MBBS and 150 BDS seats in government and private colleges of Odisha will be required to fill the application form of Odisha MBBS/BDS 2019. Only the aspirants who will fulfill certain eligibility conditions will be eligible for Odisha MBBS online registration 2019. It is mandatory for aspirants to secure the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET UG exam. The eligible students will be required to fill the application form for every round of counselling.

While registering themselves, aspirants must create their login ID and password by entering their basic details. Using the login ID and password, candidates need to log into the Odisha MBBS application form 2019. Odisha MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates must read the basic Odisha MBBS/BDS 2019 eligibility criteria before filling the application form to check whether they are eligible or not. Below given are the Odisha MBBS eligibility conditions 2019 set by the authority.

  • An applicant must have completed at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019. Students should not be more than 25 years as on May 5, 2019, for Odisha MBBS admission 2019.

  • Candidates must be a permanent native of Odisha.

  • One should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject.

  • General category candidates must have scored at least 50% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. While SC/ST/OBC students must have obtained an aggregate of 40% and for PH aspirants it is 45%

  • NEET cutoff 2019 percentile must be secured by students. The minimum qualifying percentile for unreserved category is 50 percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC and unreserved candidates it is 40 and 45 percentile, respectively.

How to fill Odisha MBBS Application Form 2019

The stepwise procedure to fill the application form of Odisha MBBS/BDS 2019 is provided below. 

Step 1 - Odisha MBBS registration 2019

First of all, students need to click on the link which will be provided on this page, when released. In the link, click on ‘New Candidate Registration’ after which a page with terms and conditions related to Odisha MBBS admission 2019 will be displayed on the screen. After reading the terms and conditions carefully, click on ‘I Agree’ to accept it. 

Then, candidates will be required to choose their course and college in which they wish to get admission and proceed to create the login ID and password. While creating the login ID and password, the following personal details must be entered in the application form of Odisha MBBS admission 2019.

  • Name of candidates

  • Date of birth

  • Category

  • Gender

  • Father’s name

  • Mother’s name

  • Nationality

  • Domicile

  • Valid mobile number

  • Email ID

After submitting the details, the login ID and password will be displayed on the screen Also the same credentials will be send to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 2 - Submission of academic details

In this step, the following qualification details must be entered by aspirants:

  • Class 12 details - Board, name and address of school, subject-wise and total marks obtained 

  • NEET UG 2019 details - All India Rank secured, percentile, score obtained

The academic details submitted by aspirants must be correct, as the authority will release the Odisha MBBS merit list 2019 based on the scores obtained in NEET MBBS exam. An error in the academic details will lead to cancellation of candidature. 

Note: These relevant document will be required will be verified at the time of document verification.

Step 3 - Final submission of Odisha MBBS application form 2019

Once all the details are filled in the application form, aspirants need to click on the submit button for final submission. Before the final submission, it is advised to verify the details mentioned in the Odisha MBBS 2019 admission form. Along with this, the application fee must be in online mode using credit/debit cards or net banking.

Step 4 - Printout of submitted Odisha MBBS admission form 2019

After the final submission of registration form, it is suggested to take at least three to four printouts of Odisha MBBS/BDS application form 2019 for future references. The submitted application form will be required at the time of document verification.

Document required for verification

The list of documents to be verified by aspirants at the time of verification are mentioned below. In case, any aspirant forgets to carry any of the document, he/she will not be allowed for admission to Odisha MBBS 2019.

  • Secondary school pass certificate and marksheet

  • Class 12 pass certificate and marksheet

  • College/school leaving certificate

  • NEET admit card 2019

  • Domicile certificate

  • SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority, Government of Odisha (if applicable)

  • NEET score card 2019

Only candidates whose application form will be accepted must take a verification slip after the completion of document verification process, which will be required at the time of Odisha MBBS counselling 2019. Aspirants without document verification slip will not be allowed for MBBS and BDS admissions in the government and private colleges of the state.
