Odisha Medical Admissions 2015: Directorate of Medical and Education Training, Odisha, Bhubaneshwar has decided that no separate Pre Medical Test (PMT) shall be conducted for admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes in 8 Medical and Dental colleges of Odisha. Admissions to Medical and Dental Colleges of Odisha will be done on the basis of AIPMT 2015 Result. AIPMT 2015 Re-Test has been conducted on July 25, 2015.

Odisha Medical Admission 2015 Admission Eligibility: Odisha Medical Admissions 2015 has specified admission eligibility for candidates applying for Odisha Medical Admission 2015 through AIPMT 2015 score. The eligibility and qualifications have been specified under two categories, i.e. State Quota and NRI Quota.

Odisha Medical Admissions 2015 Merit List: Directorate of Medical and Education Training, Odisha has notified a combined as well as category-wise mininum marks obtained in the AIPMT 2015 Result. Candidates who have secured the marks and above as notified by the exam authority have to submit their online choice filing and locking in all respects before August 28, 2015 in order to seek admission in Medical and Dental colleges of Odisha.

 

Odisha Medical Admissions 2015 Counselling: The Counselling of the candidates as per the minimum marks  assigned on the merit drawn by the Directorate of Medical and Education Training, Odisha will be held as per the schedule in the Office of Directorate of Medical and Education Training, Odisha.The first round of Odisha Medical 2015 Counselling is scheduled to be held on September 06, 2015, followed by the second and third round on September 15,  2015 and September 20, 2015 respectively.

Greetings!
Since , there will be no more aiims ug now  and admission in aiims will be on the basis of neet , so now students need to check their eligibility for neet exam , to be eligible for Neet, candidates  need to have completed  10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with percentage;UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% ; percentage here is for pcb aggregate and there's no maximum age limit but minimum age limit is 17 years. Whether NEET eligibility depends on all subjects of 12th ...? or only PCB..? or PCB with English...?

You need to pass all the subjects in your 12th and then score the minimum required aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For being eligible in NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

now for all medical entrance neet is the only exam so are they going to give evn assertion reasoning in the paper like aiims or Will they increase the standard of asking questions how should I prepare ! for 2020

Dear Sucherita, now NEET will be the only entrance exam even for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER, . The general exam pattern will continue. NEET will have 180 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions each from Biology. here is the some tips you can follow to prepare for neet

Proper Study Plan: If you plan to self-study for the competitive exam, first thing

you should do is to make a proper study plan. A proper time table according to which you

will study is essential and make sure the plan includes time for revision too.

Quality Study Material: Second most important thing to be considered is the best quality

study material. NCERT Booksare considered to be the best books for the preparation of the

Mock Tests: Mock tests are considered an important tool for cracking any competitive

exam because such mock tests provide you the real feel of the actual examination.

You should at least attempt one mock test daily as it will help you in analysing your

performance and you will be able to check your preparations also.

Dear Dujata, now there is no upper age limit for NEET. There is also no cap on no.of attempts. If you have completed your 10+2 and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemitry and Biology, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. For the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
  • No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible
