Important highlights of PIMS AICET PG 2016 Result and Merit List

  • The result and merit list has been declared on January 20, 2016

  • The merit list will consist of candidate’s hall ticket number, name, merit rank and total marks obtained

  • Candidates will not be informed  through phone or emails regarding the release of the merit list

  • There is no provision of rechecking of the answer sheet and verification of marks

  • The candidate who requires duplicate statement of marks will have to apply to the Competent Authority on plain paper with fees of ` 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)

Tie breakers:

In case two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in PIMS AICET PG 2016, the inter-se-merit of such candidates will be decided in the order of performance as under:

 

First Level : The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at First, Second, Third and Final M.B.B.S./ B.D.S. examination (Part – I and II) taken together will  be preferred. If the tie still persists;

 

Second Level : The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at Final M.B.B.S./ B.D.S. examination (Part I and II) will be preferred. If the tie still persists;

 

Third Level : The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at second M.B.B.S./ B.D.S. examination will be preferred. If the tie still persists;

 

Fourth Level : The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at first M.B.B.S./ B.D.S. examination will be preferred.

 

PIMS AICET PG 2016 is a gateway examination for seeking admissions to as many as 75 seats in MD/MS/Diploma programme and 22 seats in MDS programme in the constituent colleges of Pravara Institute of Medical Scirences, .i.e. Rural Medical College & Hospital, Loni and Rural Dental College & Hospital, Loni.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020.
