PIMS Medical 2015 Cut off- The exam conducting authority of PIMS Medical 2015, i.e. Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences will release a cutoff list of PIMS Medical entrance exam. The cutoff list of PIMS Medical 2015 will be released after the declaration of PIMS Medical 2015 Result. PIMS Medical 2015 Result  has been declared on June 4, 2015. As per the official notification, PIMS Medical 2015 is being conducted to enroll candidates in as many as 125 seats in MBBS and 100 seats in BDS programme in the University.

Cut off rank of PIMS Medical 2015 depends on the various factors, such as number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, marks scored by the candidates, in take capacity of participating institutions/colleges and cutoff rank of previous year.

The merit list of PIMS Medical 2015 will be prepared indicating candidates’ hall ticket number, merit number and marks scored by the candidate. A combined merit list will be prepared for MBBS and BDS programme.

 

In case two candidates obtaining equal marks in PIMS Medical 2015, the merit of such candidate will be decided in the order of performance as under:

 

Tie Breaker Rule:

 

First Level: The candidate obtaining higher marks in Biology (Botany+Zoology) in PIMS Medical 2015 will be preferred. If the tie still persists

 

Second Level: The candidate obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in PIMS Medical 2015 will be preferred. If the tie still persists

 

Third Level: The candidate obtaining higher marks in Physics in PIMS Medical 2015 will be preferred. If the tie still persists

 

Fourth Level: A candidate elder in age will be preferred over a candidate younger in age

 

The result of PIMS Medical 2015 is scheduled to be declared on June 4, 2015.

 

Candidates securing the qualifying marks in PIMS Medical 2015 will be offered admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes on the basis of score/rank.

Important features of PIMS Medical 2015 Cutoff are given below:

  • The merit for MBBS and BDS programmes will be determined on the basis of marks secured by candidates taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in PIMS Medical 2015 entrance exam

  • Based on the performance of candidates in the PIMS Medical 2015, a rank and merit list will be prepared

  • All those candidates who will be eligible to take admission in MBBS and BDS programme will be considered for allotment of seats according to their rank and merit list

The qualifying marks in the PIMS Medical 2015 for general category is 50% whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories needs to secure 40% marks in the entrance exam.

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you haven't mentioned the name of the college for which you are interested in knowing marks required in neet to get a seat, let me know it so that I can help you with relevant and detailed informations. But generally if you belong to general category then you need to  get at least 550 marks or more to get  a seat in government medical college.  If you want to get a seat in top colleges like Maulana Azad Medical College then you should target at least 600+ marks,  also cut off marks for Medical Colleges keeps changing depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc. So , prepare well for neet.

How can I prepare for neet exam in 15 months

Dear Aspirant,

15 months are more than enough for you to get into your dream medical college. The most important thing you need is just be consistent throughout your journey. Prepare everyday and with a proper fixed time table.

You should also familiarize yourself with the syllabus and prepare with the pace which suits your need and do not depend upon your school's pace.

Then go through all the NCERT textbooks and if you can afford, then buy some coaching material or better you should join one coaching as it will help you with the consistency part.

which book is best for preparing neet exam

For Physics, along with NCERT, study Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma and Objective Physics By DC Pandey.
For Chemistry-
  • NCERT chemistry text books for class 11 and 12
  • Practise books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic), MS Chauhan (Organic) and N Awasthi (Physical)

For biology,
NCERT books, these will help you to clear the basics. You can also study Objective Biology by Dinesh, Biology Vol1 and Vol2 by Trueman.

neet registration date 2020 will start when

NEET 2020 will be held on May 3 in pen and paper-based mode.
Registration for NEET 2020 will be started on December 2, 2019 and the last date is December 31, 2019. And also te last date to submit the registration fee.
The correction window for the registered applications will be opened in January, 2020 (particular date not discloses yet).
